"I am sure that all positive reviews for this company are fake. Nothing that was promised to me was delivered. My siding project is still ongoing for over 1 month. Was told that it would be done in week. Had one rain day. They have system like this: 1) sales person who never installed anything he will promise you things that obviously are not true, 2) crew that is subcontracted but not Gunner, mine was driving for over 2 hours away, 3) person who oversees the project but has little control over anything, no supply, doesn't know the crew, crew does not listen to him, main office does not listen to him, 4) main office does not reply to you. They just tell me to talk to project manager who has no control. So you understand that if there are any issue you are on your own. Quality or work is not good. Many times I had to point to the crew what's wrong, planks are broken yet they were still installing it, caulking is done they way that I can do it better, they cut wires to awning etc"

A kind woman answered phone promptly and scheduled a service call at my earliest convenience. The service technician called before arrival to let me know he was on his way. Arrived with a professional appearance and manner. Checked everything out about my furnace and replaced the furnace blower fan. Was here for about an hour. Very good experience! I did not get any other estimates. Had my furnace for 21 years and this the first service I had to have in those years. I own a Trane furnace."

It takes months to schedule, followed by weeks of equipment failures and rescheduling. You'll also be cleaning up stains and messes left behind, reminding them of what has and hasn?t been done yet, as well as essential contracted items and processes that were skipped throughout. You can call and discuss the issues with the crew and management, but only if you can actually wade through all their random phone numbers and find someone willing to answer or return your calls. For tens of thousands of dollars, you expect a simple level of service, coordination, and professionalism that doesn't follow through from sales to crew. "
