You can have anyone write a 5 star review, its the one star you need to pay attention to. Avoid this company like the plague. Thye missed several issues including water leak and plumbing issues that they managed to have in their pictures but failed to document. They missed several basic electrical issues, things were paid for that were not done. If you choose this company and Matt Linderman is your inspector request a different inspector. When confronted about the horrible inspection that was done this company will hide behind ambiguous language and claim they follow all standards while completely screwing up the inspection resulting in costly repairs you'll end up paying for.

Very professional extremely high radon! Yeeee!! Sewer pipe was broken and backed up. Termites. Don't go on a whim and a prayer! Better to know and these guys know what there doing. 🙂

They inspected a building across the road from the property and including it in my inspection report. This building was owned by another home owner. When I inquired as to why they ignored me and never provided a response. The real reason was they were covering for the realtor as to lead me to believe it was part of the sale. Instead of owing up they just ignored my inquiry altogether. I have proof of everything. Bottom line. Don’t use this company.

Pillar to Post did the inspection on the house I initially put an offer in in but did back out of and the house I ended up purchasing. They went over the inspection and allowed my dad to be there when inspecting. I would recommend to anyone and would use them again.

The guy did not check all the water lines which caused extensive water damage after the house was purchased and flew a drone to check the roof without actually checking or testing the structural integrity at all. Complete waste of time and money.

The report seemed generic - stated too difficult to inspect due to heavily furnished but this home was vacant and unfurnished. Each category said unable to see - recommend inspection by professional - ie: HVAC, plumber, electrician, etc. Nothing noted that we couldn't see ourselves. This inspection was not much help and later we found a lot of water damage and mold from previous roof leaks and flooding, many other problems. I felt we did not get a very thorough inspection.

Matt had came out and done a home inspection on a house I was looking to buy. I was very satisfied with his work. He answered any questions I had and was very good on explaining in a non-confusing way. He also showing me how to check different things in the home so I could keep up on making sure everything is good and/or safe. Very pleased! Thank you!

He was there early, was friendly and informative. Everything on the house was thoroughly inspected, all issues pointed out, and the report was very detailed. He was good at his job.
