WHOA is ALL I can say......& I will see them in court. I was insulted & threatened by Andrea (let me tell you, “She is, “NO customer service angel.” I worked in the airline’s for 20 years & have NEVER been treated like this. OH & if your roof isn’t installed properly, like “MAKE SURE IT IS VENTED” OR the WARRANTY ON THE METAL IS VOID. Geez just sayin....& they aren’t member’s of the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

I would give less than one star if I could. They put a new roof in 2012 and it is still leaking. As of 7/02/2019 I had water dripping on me while I was trying to sleep. I have talked to Andrea 15 to 20 times about the different leaks that I have had. They send someone out and they are here for five minutes and leave. Sometimes they fix it sometimes they don"t and I have to call her back. You would think that Mike Whipkey would be a descent business man, come to my house and make this right. Enjoy the $7,500 that you stole from me and my family. By the way my old roof NEVER leaked. It was just old.

Mr. Whipkey replaced thus shingles but did not nail clown some of the bottom row. He replaced the flashing but it leaks at adoymer. The chimney flashing was installed in properly. The ridge vent does not vent.
