They came out right away and replaced the well pump storage tank. Polite and knowledgeable they installed the new tank and disposed of the old tank. The price was very reasonable at $800.00.

Wells came by the house on an emergency call and responded within a few hours, which I appreciated - the only right thing they did. Two reps examined the mechanical room and apparently found nothing. They diagnosed the issue as frozen pipes and instructed me to purchase space heaters to warm up the room. The entire interaction lasted 10 minutes from the time they knocked on my door and they charged me $125. Days later, the mechanical room is fine, but still no water. When I called Wells, they told me they would return to reinspect but it's been 24 hours since and still no call, no visit. Maybe they don't know plumbing and only know how to install wells. They should be honest and refer me to someone who knows what they're doing. I try to support local businesses, but this is the second time I've been played by one. I will NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND Wells again.

Werner did a good job with our well. They finished on time, were responsive to our needs, and came back upon request to adjust the water pressure (at no additional charge).

Asked for an estimate and they stopped by very fast. They spotted problem immediately and proceeded to fix it.  Quality of work was excellent. Only minor downside is that they havent really asked us price before fixing it and it was $125 when it was done. It was total 10 min once they arrived to leaving. Bit costly in my opinion, but they were fast.

Went fine. They got the job done at a Great Price.  The were great at trying to keep the price affordable and was less then the other two estimates.
