He also showed me some other problems in my crawl space that I should be aware of-simply as a homeowner to homeowner, not as a contractor. I appreciated his time and effort."

Office contacted employee on the road and he responded within 90 minutes. Came in, assessed the issue and proceeded to spray and then remove nest.  Did a little sweeping up of pieces dropped on the floor, but not a thorough job. Some bees were found the next morning and are still being found. Probably those who were not at home at the time of the process.  Left the removed insulation which could have contained more bees? Best thing I can say he came immediately and removed most of my concerns. There is a 60 day guarantee, so we will see if we need to call them back?
