Dan and his brother were professional, courteous and did an outstanding job. They installed new windows throughout the entire home which look incredible. They also replaced a sliding glass door. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

Dan kept us up to date on when he could come out to do the work even when he had to reschedule due to weather. He was very knowledgeable. We told him our problem was a drafty window we had replaced years earlier with a different company. He was very confident in what our problem was and that he could fix the issue. Dan and his wife came out and were pleasant, neat and got the job done. We waited for a few windy days to see if there was still and draft. There wasn’t! The better quality window and the extra insulation did the job! Dan showed us that there was also no insulation behind the windowsill from the previous replacement. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend Coulter Construction and would definitely use them again! Thank you Dan!

Dan Coulter did a great job! He responded quickly every time I emailed him, explained everything clearly when he came over to give me a quote, and then was patient with me while I went through the process of getting my HOA's approval. Once that was settled he ordered the windows, and once they arrived he called me to schedule the installation. He arrived when expected and the whole installation process went very smoothly. I'm very happy with my new windows and very glad that I chose Coulter Construction. The price was good & the service was excellent.

I hired Coulter Construction LL to replace all windows and a sliding glass door in a townhome I recently purchased. I retained Coulter Construction and am so glad I did. My wife and I purchased our first house last November knowing we were going to have to replace the windows and sliding door. Our real estate agent recommended Dan Coulter. We are so grateful that he did. Dan was professional, punctual, and honest. He was patient when answering our questions and walked us through the ins and outs of window replacements. Dan helped us with HOA and township contract paperwork. He worked very efficiently and cleaned everything up when he was finished. We love the new look and feel of our windows and door! I had purchased replacement windows for my condo over 5 years ago. I recently noticed that in one window sash, the environmental film on the inside of the glass was defective and showing spots. I called Dan Coulter, who had installed my windows about the problem. He understood my problem right away. Since I did not want to remove the window to get the product information, Dan came out to my house. Within 2 weeks Dan called me to say he had the replacement window. He promptly came out and installed the new sash. Here is a company that continues to service customers years after installation. Great follow up service. I highly recommend Coulter Construction.

Dan has a family run business and his crew works like a well oiled machine and were flawless in job execution. Dan is timely in his follow up, is very professional and honest, and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. They work in a very clean and neat fashion while also keeping you informed during the process. We would highly recommend him and will hire him again for future projects.

Dan was recommended by a friend to install some new windows. The experience was so good that I've hired him again for another project and actually set up an Angie's List account to let you all know. He is courteous, fast, and he does exactly what he says he is going to do. He left the work area in the same condition and took his time before during and after the work to explain everything he did. I really liked that . He also works very efficiently. I got 6 windows totally replaced with screens and he took about 6 hours to get it all done. His prices were very reasonable. I was looking at Pella and Anderson and he blew them away. I actually have some Anderson windows and it looks to me like Dan's work is a bit better. One thing I appreciated is that didnt sell me anything. We talked about blinds and shades and what was cost efficient for me to buy directly or have him provide them..

I have been hiring Dan and his crew for over 20 years. I will not hire anyone else. He has replaced my siding, windows, entry door and sidelight, patio cover and some interior work. He is not only professional, detail oriented, punctual, courteous, but his work is exceptional. He guarantees his work and is available should anything go wrong in the future (which is very rare). For example, I had a patio cover built over 8 years ago and one side was sagging. He immediately returned my call and fixed the problem. Dan was amazing to work with and we couldn’t be happier with how our exterior and storm doors turned out. He was flexible with our schedules and always stayed in communication with us when we had questions. You can tell his work is quality and he made sure that all the areas he worked in where left clean and tidy. We will definitely be calling him to do more work on our home in the future. I am very happy with our new front door. The previous door was installed by a subcontractor of a box store that was falling apart. Dan just shook his head and did the job right. I love my new door and recommend Coulter Construction to anyone who wants a job done professionally and on time.

Best experience ever! Always on time, upfront quote and never any unexpected surprises, clean up complete every day. The finished results exceeded initial expectations. Needed small window repair 13 years later ---- answered my call immediately, had same day service with complete fix! Would highly recommend to anyone in need of professional, reliable contractor.

Dan and his team were fabulous. Dan was very responsive to my immediate inquiry and came out right away to give us our estimate. He was extremely patient with me as I was struggling to make decisions. He offered his opinion and gave me the time and information I needed to make my decisions. Our installation went perfectly. Dan and his crew are true professionals and craftsmen! My husband and I are more than thrilled with the final product and overall experience. Our atrium window was in bad shape and needed to be removed. After removal Dan and his team started from scratch and created a beautiful atrium. There was a tremendous amount of attention to detail to make sure that it was structurally sound, insulated and aesthetically pleasing. It was a true pleasure to work with Dan and we are looking forward to completing future projects with Coulter Construction. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone that appreciates quality work, fair pricing and professionalism!

Dan was excellent from my first contact with him through job completion. Extremely courteous and professional throughout. While he insisted he would do the best job he could for us I was still astonished how great the doors looked and the extremely high level of craftsmanship he performed. I was extremely pleased and would recommend him to anyone anywhere. And thank you to Angie’s List for providing their service which allowed me to select Dan without any worries from the outset based on his previous reviews.
