I cannot recommend Master Attic enough for their exceptional insulation and rodent proofing job in my attic. After dealing with a rodent infestation, I was desperate for a solution to prevent it from happening again. Master Attic came to the rescue with their expert team who quickly and efficiently sealed off any entry points for rodents and installed top-notch insulation to keep my attic protected.
Not only did they do a phenomenal job, but their customer service was also outstanding. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the work they did. I feel confident now that my attic is secure and rodent-free.

Extremely pleased with all aspects of Master Attic's performance.
Initially I was interested in the range of their services. Not just insulation, but also cleaning, sealing, rodent proofing.
Dave, their technical representative, gave a clear, complete description of each step of their process. Most questions or concerns I had were answered before I had a chance to ask them. The information sounded genuine, not just a sales pitch.
The project team led by Roberto worked very well together, clearly knew what had to be done and how to do it.
All aspects of Master Attic's work was very professional, complete, efficient, well communicated and customer focused.
I'm happy with my decision and would do it again exactly the same way, but I don't expect I'll need to.

I called master attic, and within a week I had a consult. Dave showed up and gave me all the details. Put down a deposit and about a week later a team showed up and spent a day sucking up all the blown insulation in my attic that was originally used up there probably 100 years ago. After that, they sprayed the whole thing down with a bleach disinfectant and sealed up every single nook and cranny where vermin or birds could possibly get in. Then they dropped down R30 something, and fastened the boards in my attic back where they needed to be. They even built me a custom attic door seal for my ancient staircase. They cleaned up after themselves in a way that you would've never known they were ever there. Master Attic is the undisputed champion in this trade sector and I will always recommend their services.

I had contacted a few other companies for estimates for the work I needed done, one didn't show and the other never sent me an estimate. But Joe Jiminez was here when he said he would be and was very through in checking everything out and gave me an estimate on the spot. The crew led by Jose showed up and all were great and respectful. Jose took the time to show me what he would be doing and showed me when he finished so I could see that he did what he said he would. He did a great job!
I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get work done and would hire again if needed.

Great company to work with. From beginning to end, Dan came out, spent plenty of time with me going over everything that needed to be done, and the process of everything that needed to be updated it both attics. His professionalism was top notch, answered all my question and concerns. When it came time for George and his six-man crew to do the work their quality of workmanship was well above average, they were here the whole day, and I don't think they even had a lunch break (hopefully I don't get him in trouble). They all worked and everyone knew what their job was, they removed all the insulation, cleaned, spray foamed all holes and top plates, re-insulated both attics and cleaned up like they weren't even here. Will definitely use them again.

I RECENTLY HAD MY ATTIC INSULATION REPLACED BY MASTER ATTIC. ALEX CAME OUT RIGHT ON SCHEDULE AND GAVE ME A FAIR PRICE. ( I DID HAVE 4 OTHER ESTIMATES) THE CREW LEAD BY ROBERTO WAS AMAZING. THEY WERE VERY CONSIDERATE, CAREFUL IN MAKING SURE THE AREA WAS SEALED OFF AND WERE VERY CAREFUL OF MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS. THEY DID A GREAT JOB IN REMOVING OLD INSULATION , VACUUMING OUT THE ATTIC ,SPRAYED AREA AND SEALED ANY OPENINGS. BEFORE THEY BROUGHT IN NEW INSULATION, THEY ASKED ME IF I WISHED TO TO VIEW THE ATTIC AND I DID. I WAS AMAZED EVEN AT THIS POINT, HOW CLEANED EVERYTHING LOOKED . (THIS INSULATION HAD BEEN UP THERE FOR 70 YEARS) NEW INSULATION WAS INSTALLED AND IT LOOKS GREAT. THE CREWED CLEANED UP EVERYTHING , EVEN VACUUMED THE AREA IN THE ROOM. ALL BAGS OF OLD INSULATION WERE REMOVED PROMPTLY AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

Contacted Master Attic via Angi and Alex, the technician came to evaluate our attic and crawl space (2 separate spaces in our house). We heard critter noises and our upstairs was hot in the summer. The insulation was original to the ~30 year old house, so we know it's about time to get it done. Alex checked both spaces and showed us photos of problem areas. We have an estimate and Alex explained the details of the work involved. The team came within the week (we lucked out to take the spot of a cancellation), and everything was done as expected. There was a lot of work to remove old insulations, vacuum all debris, sanitize the space, seal all air gaps, install baffles, rodent proof, and install new insulation. The work was completed in around 6 hours, the spaces are now clean and tidy - quite unbelievable given how they were before. We went for the heavier insulation which is reflected in the project cost.

We called several different companies to request information regarding cleaning our attic after removal of a family of raccoons. After several conversations with different companies, we asked Master Attic to come to our home and provide an estimate for the work. Anthony came to our home the next day. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Anthony inspected our home, took pictures, and explained the work that needed to be done. Anthony provided us with a detailed quote after his inspection and gave us a next day appointment. The following morning Roberto and Wilmer arrived as promised. Roberto acted as the Foreman for the job as well as part of the team to do the work. Roberto was polite, professional, and reviewed the step-by-step process with us; clean the entire attic, vacuum after the cleaning, inspecting all areas of the attic / roof and seal any openings to prevent another animal entering the attic, disinfecting the area, and take before and after photos. After this discussion, the team went to work. Roberto and Wilmer were extremely careful and respectful of our home, putting down plastic to ensure that nothing in our home was damaged during the job. They wore hazmat suits, booties, and special breathing masks; this gave us additional confidence that they knew what needed to be done and gave us confidence that the work would be performed well. Roberto and Wilmer spent 8+ hours cleaning our attic; this job was very challenging as there are many areas that are part of crawl spaces that are not easy to access. The attic and crawlspace was cleaned and vacuumed, all holes / potential access points were filled with spray foam, and they even placed a protective barrier on both gable ends of our home. The attic and crawlspace space was spotless when they were finished. In addition, Roberto and Wilmer removed the plastic, vacuumed the room that was the access to our attic, vacuumed the stairway to our second floor, and cleaned the outside of our home to ensure that there was no debris. As Foreman, Roberto kept us informed throughout the process. At completion of the job, Roberto shared pictures with us of the attic and crawl spaces as well as the areas that were sealed as a preventative measure. We would highly recommend Master Attic as well as requesting Roberto and Wilmer for any work. Thank you.

Master Attic removed my old and rodent infested insulation, thoroughly cleaned out all the junk in my attic, vacuumed all the dirt, debris, and rodent feces, sealed all air leaks, installed rodent-proof cages around any entry points to the attic, sanitized the entire attic space and installed new insulation throughout. Sales man said that they would remove all belonging from attic for us to review in what to keep and throw out. But actual workers did not remove all belonging's for us to review. They worked around. Other than that I was pleased.

Anthony came out quickly and gave us a fair price for the job. He inspected everything and took photos. The crew Elias, Julian and Victor came out the next day, first thing in the morning. They were polite and professional throughout their work. The crawlspace was cleaned, all cracks and holes were filled with spray foam, they replaced all insulation and vacuumed twice. The crawlspace space was spotless when they were finished, and Elias shared before and after photos of the space. I am very happy with Master Attic. This is the second time I used them. I used them in a basement of another house last year.

The job was performed extremely well. Everything was done as described on the contract. It has been a week and we have not heard any more noises from the attic since they sealed all the holes. We highly recommend Master Attic to anyone with rodent issues in their attic.

Overall it went very well. They showed up on time and were very neat and made certain to protect my home. They were able to get the work done in the time promised. They allowed me to inspect my attic twice and both times everything was in good order. There was one little snafu with their vacuum the hose outside became disconnected and was blowing into my backyard. I had to alert them that this occurred but they quickly rectified the situation and cleaned up what had been blown in my yard. I would hire them again but to be honest I’m hoping I never have to.

My experience was awesome. Kevin was my technician and he answered any questions I had, which was a lot might I add since I don't know much about insulation. My old insulation was really dirty and old so it was time to replace. The price was great, 5K in total. When having someone come into my home, I am always weary. But Kevin made me feel comfortable and he was very professional with his work.

After looking through dozens of companies I finally found Master Attic. I could tell from my first phone call that they were very professional and I felt at ease. The next day a technician came to inspect my place and I was very pleased with the quote. My insulation was really old and dusty and needed desperately to be changed. Robert was my technician and he not only replaced my insulation but he also cleaned and sanitized everything afterwards. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends. My insulation was replaced in a timely manner and Robert was very professional.

Upon moving here I had a small rodent problem that was unable to be taken care of alone. While searching for an insulation/pest control service a neighbor of mine recommended this specific business. Due to the fact that they dealt with them directly and had such high regards for them I opted to give them a try since I’ve been over and never knew they had a small rodent problem. Not only are they affordable for a thorough job, but for a little over 8K which is quite affordable when dealing with pesky problems such as pests or rodents along with needing a stellar service for a job well done was much obliged. They did an amazing job, not only did they clean the place, but also sanitized it and sealed all holes. I haven’t had a problem since and I am definitely recommending! Thanks again!
