"Dustin Robinson of Robinson Family Construction started off doing decent work for us in Philadelphia, which led us to hire him for larger projects after we moved. Unfortunately, he left multiple jobs unfinished, including a basement renovation we paid a deposit for. He stopped responding to calls, and we later found out his contractor license had expired. We?re now paying another contractor to fix his mistakes, including unsafe electrical work. We made multiple attempts to contact him via text, calls, and messaging, even reaching out to his partner, hoping she could help. She acknowledged this wasn?t the first time Dustin had ghosted clients and admitted he had a history of leaving jobs unfinished. Dustin is very personable and can be convincing, but based on our experience, I strongly caution others against hiring him for anything beyond basic, short-term jobs. He lacks reliability, transparency, and professionalism. We thought he would be a long-term friend. He let us down."
