About us
We are a small family-oriented contracting business that focuses on a few similar services. We believe the health, comfort, and longevity of our clients and their homes should be the top priority. That's why we focus on the service directly related to that which is insulation. Our detailed solutions are derived from building science. Our company is an expert in the field and we love bringing in new clients to our family. One of the hardest parts of finding a contractor is finding trust and verifying that trust. We understand that and will take as much time as needed to explain, discuss, and verify everything we do. We will always be able to answer the "why" and provide background and example pictures from our own job sites. All of our technicians and representatives are full-time employees of IMW. We never hire subs so you know you can depend on vetted, trained, and certified technicians.

"Hi [Member Name Removed], I'm sorry that you had a negative experience with us, though as the one that your referring to i believe you're being unfair by calling us untrustworthy and unreliable. Especially by saying something as strong as we will try to scam you. I remember looking at your project. I was the one that was there and that made your estimate. When I was there you asked for what the price will be. I gave an approximation, with an emphasis that is was a ball-park figure, and told you I would send a written estimate over that day with a final number If I give a ball-parked figure I always make a note of it to ensure if the price I do give is higher, I can explain why. From my notes, when I was there, I said it would be around $1,500 for removal and around $3,500 to reinstall the insulation (with some other extras that he wanted). The written estimate I sent the price for the removal was $1,500 and the reinstall was $3,850. I noted in my message that the reinstall was slightly more than expected because the footprint of the house was slightly bigger than I expected. BUT I also offered a discount, that if you committed to doing both removal and reinstall, I would do both for $4,600. That is equivalent to the removal being $1,500 and the reinstall being $3,100. If anything, I LOWERED the price. After emailing the estimate over, I got this reply back: "Yeah, I think you are scamming people. There are other companies. Good luck with your company" I did not entertain a response to that email. In terms of being not reliable, I showed up for our scheduled appointment 5 minutes early and I sent the written estimate within the time I promised. Liam McGarrigle Owner of IMW Specialists"
