This company is extremely dishonest. I noticed termite tubes in my crawlspace and inspected them myself for about an hour. I also had another company (Humphrey’s) look it over before getting a second quote. I did not find any current activity, nor did Humphrey’s after a long inspection. Newtown Pest came and did a 2 minute inspection, saying things like “whoa! Holy s—-!,” as if my crawlspace was infested with termites. The inspector then said “oh man! Here’s an active one right here!” I asked him to take a photo and he said “oh, they crawled back into the hole before I could get the picture.” Shocker! He then proceeded to make a hard sell about why I wasn’t agreeing immediately to contract with them (because I knew he was lying). Another company (Western) came the next day and…no current activity. When I called to complain, no manager got back to me. This tells me that the company operates this way: declare an emergency, make a hard sell, and no one’s the wiser. Do not hire them.

We have always had a positive experience with Newtown Termite & Pest Control, Inc. The technicians and individuals managing phone calls and emails are responsive and we have never been disappointed. For the service today, it was Dylan's first time servicing our house. He is sharp, well mannered and knew where the traps would be strategically placed without me having to show him. He did a thorough check of the traps throughout the house, including the attic, rebaited traps and applied granular product outside and around the house. He is very tidy and respectful of the customer's property.

Newtown Pest Control is flawless in scheduling services and keeping us updated on scheduled services. Danny was GREAT, as always. He treated the yellowjackets nest last week, and stopped by today just to check on it and make sure it was successful. It was. No activity at what used to be a highly active nest. He also explained that there may be more nests around the property and that we should be attentive to that possibility and let him know if any are seen. Thorough and professional again. Thank you!!!

We have been using Newtown Termite & Pest Control Inc services for about 2 years. Our experiences have been positive and they have always followed up as needed. The techs are knowledgable and office personnel are professional. Our service today was attended by Jon who is a subject matter expert in wildlife behavior. He is professional and confident with information regarding rodent and bat behaviors. We discussed next steps. I look forward to getting the potential problem areas fixed.

Quick response to my initial request to treat and remove a hornets nest under the rain gutters. Still waiting for a return visit to remove the nest now that the hornets have been dead for over a month. Signed up for a year’s contract. Will see how that goes.

Manager was extremely rude and called my wife a liar when we told him what we understood of our service agreement. Cancelled service without a refund. Nothing was done. Rip off

They got in touch with me almost instantly after I submitted my request for a quote and arrived that same day. The technician that came out was polite, professional, thorough, and informative. On the day of the appointment the crew arrived on time and again were professional and polite. The work was executed quickly and without fuss and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards.

Excellent. They provided quick service, arrived within the offered window of time and provided courteous service. Ants are gone.

He identified where they were accessing the house. He blocked the location. We haven't had a mouse in a year.

They just finished last Thursday. It took about a month to get rid of them. It was $200. I gave them a B overall because it was some issues, they took care of it finally, but it took a long time.

It has been about a year since, but I was unaware that they were listed on Angies list until today. If I had know I would have posted this sooner. They finished the treatment in one day .They were on time and did a great job. They offered a yearly certification for a low annual fee. We have every intention of taking advantage of that offer but sadly have not received any of the details or documents required to do so.. In all fairness I am not sure if the entire year has passed . That being said I am hoping they will send that info soon. Besides the cost of the original treatment being very reasonable , we were especially pleased to be able to do business with this excellent local company/

So for their service has been stellar.  Great communications on scheduling service.  Friendly people.  Had them out for a quote for flea treatment.  So far their service has been quite effective.
