We hired Sheeran Construction to replace the floor in our family room, adjoining powder room, foyer and laundry room. Brian Sheeran was very helpful in laying out the project for us with regard to scope of the project, timeline to complete the project, as well as meeting with us to explain how he arrived at the project estimate. He was very helpful in making recommendations for flooring, as well as other things we might want to consider since we were going to the trouble of having the work done. Brian was very conscientious throughout the project sticking to the projected timeline and budget. Throughout the process Brian checked with us to make sure we were happy with the progress and quality of the work. The end result is beautiful and we are very happy with the outcome. We would highly recommend Sheeran Construction for your consideration regardless of the size and scope of your planned project.

11/25/19 Brian Sheeran did a great job on remodeling my kitchen, he did everything he said that he was going to do, his workmanship is excellent, he had a lot of patience with me as I was very indecisive on many things, he helped with designing my kitchen and it looks beautiful!! He worked great around my 2 dogs and very patient with my 2 1/2 yr old Grandaughter who wanted to help him work!! I can't wait until my family and friends see my kitchen. I will highly recommend him to anyone!!

We hired Sheeran Construction to remove our old deck and build a new, bigger composite deck and we love the finished product! Brian worked with us to tie in our design requests while still fitting within the budget. He provided some suggestions to give it a unique feel and we love how it turned out. Highly recommend!

I had a fabulous experience using Sheeran Construction. Brian completed my entire kitchen renovation in 2 weeks!!! Once he started the job , he worked tirelessly until he completed the work on time, as promised. I am planning to get my bathroom redone and intend on using Brian and his company again.

Brian installed cabinets and back splash for me plus other jobs painting and sheet rock I was very pleased with all work that was done . Brian was on time and cleaned up every day. I would hire him for other products in further.

Working with Brian was a nightmare. He lied that he had a contract after he had started the work and never provided one. He was late everyday and missed two days. They were nothing like the so called previous reviews and did not clean up well each day. They ruined things in my house and did not complete the job. Brian was very unprofessional to me, his worker and other businesses we used. They did not want to communicate with him. He told me he had a team to do whatever I needed and he did not have a team. Just him and Frank, who he spoke to and treated like a stray dog. He left without taking all of the wood and steel that they used. He was suppose to come back and complete all once I received all appliances that he wouldn't install because " I might break something and your things cost too much", he said. Yet HE HARASSED me for two weeks calling my phone, my job and my boss. I had to get a police report on him especially when he came back and dumped all of my old kitchen wood cabinets with nails and steel, and ceiling all in front of my house, embarrassing. When I texted him about it he wrote, HAHA and said he didn't care if I told the president. He continued to harass me until I had another man speak with him. He was suppose to come and complete the job but never did. Please do not use him, he changed on me like a totally different person and kept calling me constantly and harassing me like nothing I ever experienced before with a contractor or anyone. When ever I tried to speak reasonably with him, he reversed everything and he was very disrespectful and loud with me and with others. PLEASE DON'T GET INVOLVED WITH BRIAN SHEERAN. I wouldn't refer him to my worse enemy!!!!!! I have proof from others and I have pictures and a police report to back everything I am saying...

Brian and Frank showed up on time, did clean, neat work. Brian did what he said he was going to do for the price he quoted me. Reliable, clean, on-time. He knows his work, and I plan to hire him for other projects.

Brian is a genuinely good person. He listens and really hears what you say. He uses only the finest materials and his crew does great work. Only con is when they are busy with multiple jobs, things slow down quite a bit. Overall I'm very happy with the job so far and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again even though I'm way out of his area!
