"We were exploring all the options with different providers. Ed from ECC came and talked about doing ducted mini-splits, since there was room in an attic space and room in a cellar. Usually people want you to do ductless mini-splits which are the ones that hang on the walls. I liked Ed's ideas and plus he didn't lally-gag around and try to schmooze like some other sales people. The actual work took place in the timeframe given and at the price estimated. I'm very happy with the result, and Tony did a great job. The top floor and bottom floor have air, no remotes, but thermostats on each floor. The air comes through registers rather than a wall hung unit. So we even have it in the small bathroom. The two zones allow you to just cool the area you're using, and since I'm the one living there alone, that's good. I recommend this company. The approximate price was over $12,000 with Angie's discount. Comparable to other quotes."

"Jeff and his team did and excellent job with the installation of two Daikin HVAC units. I had many questions about the units and install and they were quick and thorough in responding. The price and warranty were competitive with high end brands. The crew was courteous and professional during the two day install. They were the only company that included replacement of the coolant lines, rather than just flushing the old ones. So far the Daikin variable speed AC units are exceptionally quiet and the house is very comfortable. Would recommend Ace Home Services and Unique Comfort without reservation."

"Dave came Monday evaluated my system for repair. I ask for information to replace instead because of a prescient leak and possible over stressed system. Jerry came Tuesday. I decided to place with a 2 1/2 ton unit 3 ton to better fit home needs. I had an air cleaning unit added. I also had mini split unit installed in garage. The four man crew came Wednesday installed very thing plus cleaned the ductwork. I am very pleased. The compressor unit much quieter than the old, hardly hear it. By the way this is all done with the Coronavirus social distance thing. Very one did extremely well."

I had been using another company I will not name here, but looking over the HORIZON for help since they could not service my Air Conditioner until August, I turned to Home Advisor. Desperate for help, low and behold up popped Mechanical Monster. Expecting another July/August response, I spoke to this very nice lady, and she said the owner Jeff had an opening the following day! Wow! I was still a bit leery but Jeff showed up, explained to me everything he was doing, made me feel at ease. He found the problem, went above what a normal repairman would do and said you will have Air Conditioning tonight. He was out in the dark, in the rain, getting done. I have not had customer service like that in probably over 30 years. This is a great example of what America used to be, companies going the extra mile to satisfy their customers.
