Bruce responded immediately to my request on Angie's list and scheduled services for the next day.  However, I was not able to meet with him the next day but he was very considerate to schedule services a day later.  Our AC unit would come on but would not blow cool air.  Bruce was very prompt and he was able to quickly diagnose the problem before my husband and I arrived at the property.  He explained to us that someone failed to reconnect one of the wires that enables the unit to blow cool air.  Well, a sloppy contractor we hired a while back failed to reconnect the wires.  However, we were rather impressed about Bruce's honesty as we were not there when he diagnosed and fixed the problem.  But he opened the unit and showed us exactly what caused the problem.  We were expecting a bill from Bruce for fixing the problem since we purchased a diagnosis-only service.  But we were quite surprised that he did not charge us for reconnecting the wires, and impressed about his honesty.  Because of this, we got him to replace our thermostat which was very old and complex.  He installed a much simpler one with a covered plate for a much reasonable price.  I must mention that Bruce is very detail oriented and experienced as well.  The old thermostat was rather large and installing a smaller one would have exposed the unpainted space the old thermostat occupied.  Anticipating this, Bruce suggested a thermostat with a cover plate, which will cover the unpainted portion. "We called Charles Moon Plumbing on Friday and they were able to schedule us on Tuesday morning (this was not an emergency, so that was very acceptable). Sebastian and Eric arrived early (after calling first) and looked at the situation. They loosened the disposal with the tool, then hit the reset button (which we hadn't thought to look for!) and the disposal worked perfectly. They gave us some tips about using ice cubes and chopped up lemons periodically to keep the blades sharp and the unit smelling better, told us to keep an eye on the unit as there is some rust starting and were on their way with only a service charge. Best of all, they didn't make us feel silly for missing the reset button! We will definitely call them again."

"The initial energy audit took ~4 hours and the technician, Andre was punctual, professional and sat down with me to explain the process at the beginning and end of the audit.
I then met with a manager the following week to review the results of the audit and the proposed services. I was also informed of the state energy rebate and the availability of a 0% interest rate loan to have the work performed. I qualified for a $2,000 rebate and a $5,000 loan. I elected to have all proposed services performed.
The loan process was automated, efficient and the scheduling process was efficient.
Mike and Devin arrived on time, were professional and considerate of my home as the spent 3 days insulating my garage ceiling, attic and crawl space. Baffles were installed in the rafters to ensure proper ventilation of the attic, whilst all areas contacting the inside of my home ("the envelope") were sealed and insulated to code(and then some), including foam and blown in insulation. In the garage ceiling (below the living room), the 10" space only had 6" of insulation. Holes were drilled in the drywall and insul ation was blown in. The holes were then patched and spackled (not sanded). All seams between the cinder block walls and drywall were sealed with foam and the exposed pipes were wrapped. 
A manager came out the following week to inspect the work performed. He noted several punchlist items and deferred the blower door test until these items were completed. This was scheduled promptly and completed achieving the targeted airflow reduction in the proposal. This report is being sent to the state to verify the rebate and my home may be selected for a state audit. 
Overall I am very pleased with the work performed. My home holds the heat much more effectively. I highly recommend the Mark Group.

"Stephen was prompt in responding to my handyman service request to replace a garbage disposal and replace a garage light outlet. Stephen attempted to save me money by tighten the disposal connections w/o the replacement, although it did not work out and there was a leak in the morning. Stephen answered my email the next day and was there to replace the garbage disposal the same day. One thing that stood out with me is Stephen brought an apprentice and was in teacher mode. I appreciate when we teach the next generation."
