"We called Charles Moon Plumbing on Friday and they were able to schedule us on Tuesday morning (this was not an emergency, so that was very acceptable). Sebastian and Eric arrived early (after calling first) and looked at the situation. They loosened the disposal with the tool, then hit the reset button (which we hadn't thought to look for!) and the disposal worked perfectly. They gave us some tips about using ice cubes and chopped up lemons periodically to keep the blades sharp and the unit smelling better, told us to keep an eye on the unit as there is some rust starting and were on their way with only a service charge. Best of all, they didn't make us feel silly for missing the reset button! We will definitely call them again."

The furnace crew took  2 full days and the insulation crew took 3 full days.

These are 2 emails I sent to the company:

1/.  Just wanted to convey to you that my wife and I were deeply impressed by the 2 crews that were assigned to our upgrades. The furnace crew; Brian, Todd, and Tony had the additional task of disassembling a old heater into pieces small enough to get it out through an interior stairwell. They did an excellent job and left the job site spotless. The insulation crew; Todd, Doug, and Jeremy were presented with many challenges in attempting to meet the contract specifications and always came up with innovative ideas to overcome 19th century construction techniques. These craftsmen also did an excellent job and left the job site spotless. My wife commented that they always seemed to be working and never took a break. It was a pleasure having them all work on our house.

2/.  In the last two days I had 4 inspectors for the permits come out and we passed all the final inspections.  The Fire, Plumbing, and Electrical Inspectors for the furnace all were impressed with the installation. They particularly liked the manner in which Brian hung and braced the intake and exhaust pipes. They all said the install was neat, clean, tight, well laid out.  The Building Inspector was impressed with neat and tidy job done by the Todd and the insulation crew.  Please thank them for an excellent job.

"The work was done exceptionally well. They sealed up every nook and cranny to ensure that no mice can come in again. They set up very clever traps in the basement and garage that used a roller on top of a bucket that was filled with water. It was ingenious. I caught several mice that way, and haven't had a mouse in the house since. They also installed a new mailbox and post, and a new lamppost. It looks perfect. Everyone was very friendly and easy to work with. They knew exactly what they were doing, and I would definitely hire these guys again. Worth every penny."
