"Our full view storm door needed the door handles replaced. We were unable to lock it. We put in a request thru Angi and Delmar Yellock of Designing Xpressions was the first contractor to respond. After discussion, he agreed to stop by the very next day. Upon arrival and after examining the door he found I had purchased the wrong parts. He fully explained what needed to be done and why it needed to be done. He visited a local store and purchased the correct parts. Despite spending twice as much time doing the repair he stuck with the original price quoted. I learned Del is actually a general contractor and does remodels and virtually any job inside the house. We will definitely be calling him back for future work. One last point: Del's price (including parts) was one sixth of prices quoted by others. This experiece almost makes me want to see something else need fixing! Great honest contractor!!!"

"October 2013 was the second time I had Dan from American Drain Cleaning & Plumbing do work at my house.  The first job a couple years ago was to replace the shutoff valve on the line to the outside hose bibb.  The second time (October 2013) was for the 3 jobs listed above.  Both times the work was done professionally and in a timely manner.  Both valve replacements were done with higher quality parts than the builder had used.  After the initial installation, the shower needed adjusting to run hotter and getting that done took a single phone call, and it was done the next day.  So I would say American Drain is responsive to calls after the primary job is done.  The cost for the 3 jobs in October 2013 included the hardware & labor. Based on experiences I have had with other plumbing companies in the area, American Drain Cleaning & Plumbing is more reasonable.  I would recommend them and plan to use them in the future.

"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"

"The service went very well. They were here at exactly 9 o'clock. They took and install a new faucet in the kitchen that had a leak. The master bathroom had a slight clog he cleared that. Then, the toilet was moving when you sit on it. So he took the toilet off, and replace the seal, and put it back again. We were happy with the work. This was the 2nd time I used the service. I had no problem and I would recommend them. He explained everything he was doing and he clean up after the job was done that you wouldn't know that he was here. Bruce responded immediately to my request on Angie's list and scheduled services for the next day.  However, I was not able to meet with him the next day but he was very considerate to schedule services a day later.  Our AC unit would come on but would not blow cool air.  Bruce was very prompt and he was able to quickly diagnose the problem before my husband and I arrived at the property.  He explained to us that someone failed to reconnect one of the wires that enables the unit to blow cool air.  Well, a sloppy contractor we hired a while back failed to reconnect the wires.  However, we were rather impressed about Bruce's honesty as we were not there when he diagnosed and fixed the problem.  But he opened the unit and showed us exactly what caused the problem.  We were expecting a bill from Bruce for fixing the problem since we purchased a diagnosis-only service.  But we were quite surprised that he did not charge us for reconnecting the wires, and impressed about his honesty.  Because of this, we got him to replace our thermostat which was very old and complex.  He installed a much simpler one with a covered plate for a much reasonable price.  I must mention that Bruce is very detail oriented and experienced as well.  The old thermostat was rather large and installing a smaller one would have exposed the unpainted space the old thermostat occupied.  Anticipating this, Bruce suggested a thermostat with a cover plate, which will cover the unpainted portion. We didn't even think of that.  Again, he was courteous and professional and the work was great and we are a happy customer.  He's earned our business for the future.  If you are looking for an AC Contractor that is not only an expert in his field, but also professional, honest, considerate, courteous and clean, then look no further.  Do not hesitate.  Contact Harmon Heating & Air Conditioning and you won't be disappointed.  Thanks again Bruce...we truly appreciate your services.
