The Perfect Dry Basement crew showed up soon after approval and were prompt in their morning arrival time. They covered all of our objects and utilities in the basement and covered the passage to the upstairs to prevent excess dust. The whole crew was very professional and did very neat & clean work. We just had 4 days of decent rain and the basement is Perfectly Dry.

Sebastian and his team at Perfect Dry were amazing to work with. They waterproofed the basement and then refinished it- creating walls, doors, a staircase, flooring, and painting the ceiling and walls. As a person with not much experience in this area, Sebastian explained everything thoroughly, and all of my expectations were exceeded. Sebastian came back very quickly to adjust a small issue I had with one of the doors about two weeks after the job was complete. Sebastian is very trustworthy and did a beautiful job refinishing my basement. I would hire him again and recommend anyone do the same!

I would definitely recommend Perfect Dry Basement for any type of wet basement issues. These guys are professional, timely, neat and very knowledgeable. I was getting water coming through the bottom portion of my walls and needed a french drain and sump pump system installed and I also needed two walls coated and waterproofed. They did the entire job in 2 days, I put their work to the test when there was a huge rainfall several days after they finished the job and there was not one wet spot where there had been previously. That was a huge relief finally not seeing water in the basement after a big rain. I can't wait to see the results after the snow melts in the the winter. Overall, this company performed to my expectations. I was impressed how quick the job was done. I was impressed how well they prepped the 1st floor against dust and debris and I was pleased with the cleanup after the job was complete. I'm highly confident that if there was a problem that occurred in reference to the completed job that this company would not hesitate to resolve it.
