They were able to schedule me in for the next day. Our plumber, Steve, arrived and diagnosed the problem - partially clogged sinks. He corrected the problem per the quote. While working on the sinks, he noted that the drain pipes connected to the p-trap should be modified (he did this at no extra cost). After the job was completed, I had a question about my sump pump. He offered to look at it and gave some recommendations. Overall, I felt that the job was corrected to my satisfaction. The work done by Steve was both personable and professional. "Everything Don was involved with could not have gone smoother...from the estimate, to us adding in the door and window request. Our master bath and hall bath shared a wall...which needed to be moved. In addition we took space out of a closet in the master bedroom to enlarge what had been a really really tiny shower to make it the luxurious shower it is now.
