Dream Team Plumbing Electric Heating Cooling

Our sump pump pipe in our crawl space became disconnected at the elbow joint resulting in water spraying all over the floor. Despite the problem being visible through the access panel, the technician said the charge would be $888 just to enter the crawl space and diagnose. You should be aware that they charge also $69 just for showing up and this fee is not waived or included in any work that they do. It's in addition to any work. So $957 for 15 minutes worth of work and the price of a PVC elbow joint. I don't know how in the world they justify that.

Used 3 different times. 1&2 were a little pricy, but worth it. Last visit, problem was long wait for hot water to reach bathroom. Tech advised we needed new hot water heater to resolve problem. Installed new water heater for $5000+ still no improvement. Called again, needed a circulator for $6000+… Called Lowry plumbing. Fixed problem for $509… I was overcharged, problem not fixed, Will not use again.

Charged me $1400 for electrical outlet and dishwasher install--Dishwasher itself was $850. Tech showed up late, refused to install because he was overbooked. Do a comparison before using these guys.

Our plumber, Mike, was extremely accommodating regarding our faulty garbage disposal. He gave us options to either install a provided garbage disposal or purchase our own from retail and install at a lesser price. We chose to purchase our own and have him install. Originally, he wasn't able to do it that day but called back and said that since he was done for the day he would be willing for us to go and purchase the garbage disposal and he would install for us. Quality of work was excellent, customer service and professionalism was second to none. Also appreciated the follow up call from Dream Team asking if we were satisfied with the completed work. Highly recommend Dream Team for any home plumbing issues.

I would highly recommend Kelly Electric Company. Upon arrival all requested work was reviewed. Technicians were courteous and were very watchful of the areas near the worksites. Minor changes were needed in one of the areas due to hidden pipes. The changes were discussed with me before the work was continued.

The crew from Kelly was highly professional - they were on time, courteous, and hard-working. The owner was on hand frequently to make sure that all the work was being done correctly. This is a huge job (about 3 days), and requires permits and coordination of the work. The job has been completed, and they cleaned up the work site thoroughly before leaving. We highly recommend Kelly Electric (as a side comment, Kelly also replaced the knob and tube wiring in our hallway and did a superb job). Cost was approximately $12,000.

The unit is up and ready if needed. The crews were polite, neat and professional. They kept us informed as the job went on. Very pleased

Sean and team were awesome. They provided initial up-front estimates during the home closing process and promptly started and finished the 2 week job in order for us to move-in on time. Very professional, responsive, and great through the Q&A process. I would recommend them for anything electrical and continue to use them for other minor items as well.

He put a hole in the wall and he didn't have any of the materials to fix the hole I had to do it myself after he left. So we were not happy at all with them. We thought the price was much too high.

Kelly Electric installed recessed lighting in our living room. We had no overhead light at all and it was very dark (we nicknamed our living room "the cave"! The installers were polite, courteous, and completed the work within a day. They installed the lights with minimal impact to the surrounding ceiling and it required very little patching, which we were very impressed with considering the age of our home. They taped off the living room to minimalize the amount of dust which floated upstairs, even commenting that they were mindful of our baby who was in the house at the time. Great, considerate, and professional company. Lucky to have them in Havertown, will definitely use again.

Gareth came to my house himself earlier in the year.  I was considering a whole house surge protector after a power surge destroyed several of our kitchen appliances this summer.  I also wanted to replace a box florescent light fixture in the kitchen with recessed LED.
Gareth walked through every room in the house with me, listed to what I didn't like about the current light design and made recommendations for updates.  From there he created a room by room "wish list" and quoted each room separately.  He made outstanding recommendations in every case.
I was only able to afford a portion of what we outlined but the work was excellent.  His onsite team doing the installation was courteous and professional.  I now have recessed LED lights on dimmers in both my kitchen and living room.  I have to say it's transformational to the space.  Amazing what good lighting can do!  I also love the efficiency of LED.  I especially love the LED lights he swapped in for the high-heat producing halogen lights in the kitchen.
Given all the work they did over a three-day period and the consultative guidance he provided to me in advance of the work, I'd say the price was very fair.  In the past I've used Keith Martin Electric.  They also do great technical work but I find the technicians they send aren't as good at making design recommendations. 
I will use Gareth at Kelly Electric for all of my future home electric needs.

Kelly electric was the most direct and reasonable quote we received from anyone in the area. They made it easy for us to choose them and we knew that they would do a great job. They had multiple employees here during the day to make sure the work was completed within one day. They were professional and cleaned up really well after the job was complete. We were so pleased to have a safe electrical system in place again in our home and so happy to have chosen them to work with. We will be happy to use their services again in the future!

Gareth and his team are utmost professionals.  They installed a 21KW whole house generator for us at a very reasonable cost and did a fantastic job.  The site was clean.  Now we don't have to ever worry about a power outage again.  Would definitely do business with them again.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment for a quote. When Sean arrived to give us the quote he was punctual and professional.  He provided us with a lot of insight to the projects we wanted.  He gave us his honest opinion about various options, recommended less expensive options which we greatly appreciated. We received our quote via e-mail the next day and it was detailed and itemized. When the gentleman came to do the work, he was professional and diligent.  Some wires needed to be fed through walls to pull lights to the ceiling and they really minimized the holes needed to do so (they offered to patch, but we elected to do it ourselves).  When he repaired the wires with stripped insulation, which are exposed in our unfinished basement, he installed the wire much better than it was done in the past, even though it was not expected and took more work. It is much more attractive then it was.  Overall, we were very happy with the work.  Our final bill came out as estimated.  We added one or two small jobs to the list, that they were happy to fit in and they were priced fairly, even though we did not get a previous quote on those items.   They seem to be a very honest and fair company that does good work.   We are happy to have found them.

The electrician came on time. All work was neat and the electrician answered all the questions I had. Since I was a first time customer for the company, I got a 10% discount off the total cost. I will use them again in the future.

I scheduled them with little notice before the holiday and they showed up on time.  The electrician worked to find the cheapest way to hang the fixture and he even made sure that all 14 bulbs and jars covering the bulbs were installed. 

They went over and above and make our Thanksgiving perfect.
