"Mike showed up within 10 minutes of the agreed upon time. He was direct, professional and detail oriented. The job was done faster than what I had planned for. Will put him on my plumbers-to-call list. The cost for labor, new high quality water heater, extended warranty, new thermal expansion tank, new gas line, removal and disposal of old water heater was $1830.00."

"These people did some work on a sewage pipe in our driveway on the home right before we bought it. A part of our driveway started to crumble and we contacted them. On multiple occasions, who I believe is the owner and the woman who works in the front office, claimed they would put us on the schedule to have the work repaired and yet months and months go by and they never put us on the schedule. All they had to do was say "we are not coming to fix your driveway." Instead, they continued to play games and act as if they were. We even gave them another job at our house while we were waiting and they were happy to accept that money. Never again. My suggestion is to not use this company."

"I called Martin at 9:15 on Sep. 10, after 3 days of torrential rains from a Hurricane that moved up the coast. They were at my house by 1:00 the same day with a new heavy duty pump. After uncovering the system, it was discovered that a fitting on an elbow had blown off, simply pumping the water back into the tank. They fixed the issue, and simply charged me a service call. I didn't know these guys or this company, but it was recommended and I checked them out on Angie's List. They are A+, great service, quality people. They will get my business when the pump does fail completely. Hope that is not soon though."
