I used Dillan Waterproofing for dampness in my basement. After getting quotes from 2 large waterproofing companies I decided to also call Dillan. He gave me a quote substantially lower than the other companies without the hard sell of the other companies. They installed a sump pump and French drains. He gave me a fair price, excellent work, cleaned up the mess and was very polite and personable. I would highly recommend his company and would use them again. Thanks, Dillan!

After all this rain we have been getting I started to get water in my laundry room. Dillan received my inquiry and with in minutes I received a call from him. When arriving at my house he was extremely professional and answered any questions we had. I highly recommend this company.

First of all let me tell that my husband is very picky. He has always done all his own work around the house . Dillan had installed a sump pump with a battery back up. Iâ ve had no issues since then! The price was right and well worth it. Very fast and efficient work, not to mention extremely professional. I highly recommend!

After our recent rain we noticed water in our finished basement. First time in over 25 years. Dillan responded to our online request for quote within 10 minutes of submission. This was a Sunday afternoon and he was at our home within an hour. After looking over the situation he said he would send us a quote . We had it in a few hours and due to a cancellation he started work the next day. He was professional, punctual, hard working , cleaned up and provided progress reports during the entire repair. He provided us instructions on the sump pump and battery backup before he left. Within hours of completion we had warranties and receipts emailed to us. First class all the way.
