We had just closed on our house and moved in with help from our in-laws and the second day, we lost all water pressure from our well. Our home warranty company put us in touch with Chuck Haefner and he was really awesome. He came right away the next day and gave us a temp fix so we had water for the night while he retrieved the part we needed. The next day he was a bit later than expected due to getting the part but he fixed our well pump and we haven’t had issues since. It turned out the previous owners accidentally drained our cistern on their last day from laundry, showering and cleaning. That, coupled with all of us showering and doing laundry completely dried it out and therefore broke the well pump. We had water delivered two days later and we’ve been good since.

Mr. Charles Haefner quickly identified the problem as mineral plugging the connection from the ballast tank to the pump switch (he showed me the obviously plugged pipe). He replaced the pipe, pressure switch, gauge and relief valve. He re-pressurized the ballast tank. The work took about an hour. The total bill was less than $120. I have rarely had such inexpensive and expert service!

What a great experience. First let me start by saying that the responsiveness, professionalism, pricing and quality were top notch. Oh, and this all happened on Thanksgiving Day. I really appreciated the way everything from call to payment was handled and will be having him come back out for some additional work that needs to be done. Chuck took the time to do a thorough job, including cleaning up scraps of electrical tape in the yard. He was personable and kept us informed every step of the way.

Chuck showed up on time, carefully explained what he was doing, and went to work. Unfortunately he found that my well had caved in on the pump and was not able to remove the pump despite his best efforts. He consoled me on my loss and charged me a good price for his efforts. I would recommend Chuck for anyone with well issues. He was professional and courteous.

This was an excellent experience. Chuck responded to my call on a Sunday and was here the next morning to replace our well pump. He was professional and his price was fair. We actually made a follow up appointment the same day of pump installation for him to come back and clean the well and pressure tank. This was also an excellent experience and the listed cost was the accumulation of the new pump as well as the cleaning. I highly recommend Haefner Drilling.

Technician was prompt, friendly and open to calling the manufacturer upon my suggestion.

We had no water so I called his office and got the answering machine which said to call his cell for emergencies and if you are out of water.  He came same day and was very knowledgeable.  Diagnosed the problem quickly and got it fixed.  Very personable and reasonable!  I would highly recommend him.  You will be glad you called him!

Chuck is extremely responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional.  He went above & beyond in all aspects of his services and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing work related to a well or pressure tank.

Chuck responded quickly and explained what was happening with the pressure tank.  He drained the tank and re-pressurized it at no cost.  Chuck went above and beyond.  I would definitely recommend him.

On 7-21 pm we discovered we had no water.  I could tell that the pump wasn't running and our pressurized bladder tank was empty.  I called Haefner and said that we could make it through the night by flushing the toilets with water from our rain barrels, and he said he would arrive 1st thing in the morning.  About 8:30am Chuck arrived and found a broken pressure switch and pressure gauge.  The service call was $65 and the parts were only another $33.  I was ready to have him replace the bladder tank, since it was so old, but he said it wasn't yet necessary and that we could probably get another couple of years out of it.

Quality workmanship, cheap and honest, what more can you ask for.  The Haefner Drilling company drilled our water well 23 years ago and they are still the "real deal".  They will always be the first company I call for my water well needs.

Mr. Haefner responded promptly and  completed the work quickly.  Our water was restored quickly.  When I called Harfner Drilling Monday morning with very limited water, he answered my call and promised to stop by in the afternoon which he did.  He diagnosed the problem and returned the following morning and completed the repairs by 11 AM. Haefner has supported my water well for many years and has always provide prompt and professional service.

The whole experience was great. He arrived on time. The work was quick clean and efficient. He took plenty of time to answer all my questions and was very helpful.

They replaced a pump.   They were responsive and very satisfactory.  I was very pleased.

It went excellent. The guy is great, his people are great. They are real specialist in their field. They helped us several times when we had problems getting water. They had minimal disruption or damage to our property for the drilling of the new well. I would highly recommend.

Chuck was super responsive. I had a leak on the pump that pressurizes my pump  for the well. Was at my house within on hour on a Saturday. Chuck was super friendly and well versed in wells. I truly appreciate how quickly that he responded and in the end Chuck gave me a very fair price and did not take advantage of me due to the fact that it was a weekend call. I would absolutely use him in the future. I have added him to my  cell phone to insure I do not lose his name.

I was able to make an appointment within a few days of calling. He was very professional and very nice. We had a leak by the pump and didn't know where it was leaking. Mr. Haefner identified the problem immediately and installed a new gauge. It only took him about 20 minutes.

Chuck was referred to us by our plumber.  We made all arrangements by phone to have him install a new well holding tank and piping.  He completed the job while I was at work only 2 days after we spoke on the phone.  I came home to a modern tank and pipes, and to my pleasant surprise, the most amazing water pressure!  We are extremely happy with the work he performed and would not hesitate to hire him in an instant for any of our well related needs.
