My neighbor is a widow this company does a horrible job piles of clippings are left all through her yard never trims the areas she can't see from the window and blows all her leaves and clippings into my yard. I approached him and said your blowing all the clippings into my yard. His response So!! There are good company's out there this is NOT one of them.

"Thank you for your review. This is not intensional like your making it our to be. This is why you can not always believed a review. Like the word “SO” being used and all the grass clippings being blow into your yard. The arrangements we have with our 150 clients is different for each. To keep cost down for our client (your neighbor) bagging is not necessary. Is it possible that some grass clippings go through the chain link fence into your grass? Maybe a minimal amount. Not all these clippings like your claiming."

My retaining wall collapsed after some heavy rain. One reason it collapsed is because my sump pump pushes water out behind the wall and my downspout fed water there as well...and that plumbing to the street was broken. So I needed the wall rebuilt and the drainage out to the street fixed. Bob was quick to respond to my request for a quote. He came out to my house a couple days later to assess the damage and provided me a quote shortly thereafter. I did get a few other quotes for the work but wallscapes was the best. After I provided a down payment, they were able to schedule my job in just a couple of weeks. Every other company told me it would be months, but Bob made my job a priority because it was a landslide. Even with a man down, they were able to keep the schedule. Once they started, it took them two days to complete the rebuild, including re-routing my downspout extension for easier access and fixing the plumbing from the pump to the street. The new wall is very well built and won't be going anywhere in any time soon. I couldn't be happier with the service I got from wallscapes.

Our retaining wall, steps and sidewalk turned out beautifully. We had the original concrete block wall and sidewalk replaced. Our new wall and walkway look amazing. Bob Henderson, the owner, was meticulous in building the wall, steps and sidewalk with attention to detail and was always open and straightforward in communicating with us about start dates and any other concerns that we had. We would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking to have a retaining wall, steps or walkway replaced or built.

The new contractor found that "Wallscapes" had not used Geogrid and did not backfill with gravel, which is standard practice to hold back the earth, and to promote drainage. So, we had to spend another $5000 to repair.

"[Member Name Removed]: I am very sorry you were unhappy and should of contacted me to rectify the situation. This job was done 12 years ago. [Member Name Removed] was the one who contacted me a number of years later in regards to a section of the wall bowing. It was not the whole wall but only a part of the 4' high section on the side of the house. Nothing was mentioned about the 8' side. I did come out and looked at the wall and noticed rut marks along the bowing part of the wall which appeared from a tractor. I mentioned this to [Member Name Removed] not to ride so close to the wall especially if its wet in that area because over time it will continue to push out the wall. My mowing guys are trained to stay 2' away from any retaining wall for that reason. Never the less, I did offer to fix the wall for $2,500. So, the statement that you made regarding that I said, "there was nothing I could do or would do about it," is not true. I only spoke with [Member Name Removed] at that time. Also, I did install geo grid in the larger wall sections and a drain and gravel behind the wall. The gravel usually ends around 15" to grade. That is standard industry practice. I do all word of mouth business, and as a Christian I try to make thing right, but after the last conversation with [Member Name Removed] about me fixing the section I never heard back from him. Now 12 years later my name is being slandered. I would have fixed it"
