Mini splits were added to my home. I would highly recommend them. This team was very professional, knew exactly what they were doing and answered every one of my questions. A friend of mine owns an electrical company and he was very impressed with the work that they did. I love my mini splits. I wish I would’ve gotten them sooner but I didn’t realize how absolutely wonderful they are.. If you’re interested mini splits or any kind of heating and cooling I would highly recommend Johnson’s. My electric bill this year was almost $100 less than what it normally is because of the mini splits.

They came in one day and did a great job. I would highly recommend them and I would use them again.

Ray, the Johnson Rep, is who we ask for to do our plumbing . He worked with a total mess up by Home Depot - late delivery, wrong toilets, then brought a used toilet, finally the correct toilets. Ray was pleasant and civil through this total Home Depot screw-up even though he had full day scheduled. His is really good. This the fourth time he worked on different plumbing issues in this older house. We also used Johnson for our furnace check-ups (twice) and air conditioner check-up (twice). Excellent work all around.

Went terrific. They also discovered a small gas leak that I didn't realize that I had. Once it was fixed, I could tell the difference. I have not had gas heat for very long, and I just assumed that there was always going to be a slight gas smell.

Very polite and professional. They know their stuff which is more than I can say for the other two bozos I called in to start with -- a plumbing/heating guy I'd used in the past who stuck me and didn't even answer BBB inquiries and then a contractor friend whose electrician tried to burn my house down -- I'd have saved $ and time if I'd have gone with a REAL HVAC company (Johnson's) to start with! Like today's automobiles, Cousin Joe can't just throw in a unit like the old days. You need to have an expert dealing with today's electronic, energy-efficient, and ductless units. I plan to make them my regular for HVAC and plumbing in the future!

Had my 31 year old HVAC system fail during the recent heat wave. Having a breathing disability it's difficult to function in the high heat and humidity. Don Johnson made time in his full schedule to come give me an estimate on a new system. He also ensured the system would be installed asap. The installers did a wonderful job working quickly and professionally. I have been a long time customer and continue to be in the further.

Very well! Always cleans up perfectly. Does the little extras. Remodeler did not attach laundry sink cabinet to the wall. Ray did it. Strainer in wet bar was not properly installed. Ray fixed it.

Ray did a great job. I wanted water lines moved for wet bar. He asked for the boundaries of the wet bar and noted there was no need to move the lines. Cleaned up nicely. Very professional yet friendly. We will have him back to complete the wet bar and laundry sinks plumbing. He ask about the laundry sink cabinet and made it easier for its installation. This is the second time we used Johnson Plumbing. We were very satisfied both times.

I used Johnson's HVAC for plumbing. The furnace is in good shape and if I am right the air conditioner is really old. I would consider the cost to be probably a little high. The person who came out, in a word was, 'loquacious' or 'talkative'. I will use them again in the future for the service but I would probably look around for prices. We would use them for the service for the air conditioner and the furnace. I guess I would use them again because I liked that, I thought that the guy was very detailed and knew what he was doing. Actually the service for 354 and we bought a 99 dollar service contract for the last 5 years.

When I called to make the appointment and told thr representative my needs, she stated that she would send a person who was dually certified to do both plumbing and air conditioning.My appointment was for 4:00 p.m. When I arrived home around 3:45 p.m. the truck was waiting for me in front of my house. As soon as we entered my house and I gave him the run down on what my concerns were, he went right to work checking the A/C first with the unit in the basement and then the unit outside. He cleaned and changed the filter inside and washed out the unit outside and added coolant. He then went to work on the kitchen sink and said I needed a new faucet, which I suspected as it would not produce water when turned on. He changed the faucet, cleaned up under the sink and was done within 2 hours. As an extra project, I asked him to fix the sink on the first floor so that the stopper would do what it is to do.

They are very professional and very good. They are punctual and take care to put covers on their shoes when they walk into the house.

Everything went perfect.  Our service was delivered on time and most importantly on budget.  We have used Johnson's before to replace a faulty air conditioning unit.  The "other guy" quoted us at over 5k and Johnsons did it for under 2.  Fast, Friendly, and Reliable.
