"job was done in a timely manner, however was not done in a professional workman like manner, Which the contract states it would be done. When the estimator came he explained what would be done to eliminate water issue. When we asked how does water get removed outside and how they would undermine stairs and walls he simple stated the installers will go over that with you when they come. The installers said they would be channeling under the step and walls, which are only 2 1/2 inch walls. The last step was also a simple channel as well. More time consuming perhaps, when you charge $3000.00 more than another contractor, homeowners are believing they are getting a professional job! They cut her stair runner instead of peeling it back so it could be glued back down. she needs replace whole runner now and company could care less including there estimator! sheetrock replacement also more expensive because took a hammer to the walls instead of saw zall,nice straight lines! also have photos."

"WOW... a contractor who is Reasonably Priced, Reliable, Communicative (stays in touch before, during and after the job) and PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH... this represents Lifetime Concrete. I live out of town and contracted with them (Brian - owner) to have existing porch steps and underlying pavement demolished and replaced for a family member in the Northampton, PA area. I can easily say that my experience with Brian and Jessica (Lifetime Concrete company coordinator who hand held me all the way thru the job) was one of the best "contractor experiences" I have ever had!! "I purchased replacement window from their warehouse. Their salesman told me the windows had a 10 warranty on the windows. However, when one of the window had a crack on the inside of the window they refused to honor the sash replacement with out be paid a service charge to replace what is clearly a manufacturer defect. I purchased the window year ago clearly with the ten year warranty. I have installed windows for 35+ years would not recommend this company."
