"They did a wonderful job. I unfortunately don't remember the team of guys that they sent in. With the exception of two of them, they were from another country and so, they didn't speak a lot of English. One was kind of a translator of the guys who were working. They worked from 7 in the morning to 7 at the night, four different guys. They did a great job. We have not had any problems with the basement ever since. They did a wonderful job! I have told other people about them since. I would use them in future."

It was also an added bonus to know that as a result of this new professional distinction and partnership with Owens Corning that by default we would receive an upgraded type of roof shingle (Tru-Definition-Duration). As a homeowner, re-placing a roof is a major financial investment and getting any aspect of it wrong was never an option for us. .We had quite a few delays due to various circumstances---mostly weather,
unplanned hidden damage that needed repair, etc. So the project took
quite a while longer than expected. What impressed us is that Kurt never
took shortcuts or cut corners to get the work done more quickly. If you
want quality versus speed, this is your man. My husband & I are
sort of perfectionists and have not always been happy with other
contractors who were on a timeline to benefit them, but not necessarily
the quality of the job. He is very knowledgeable and does things the
right way. He is resourceful in addressing problem situations. He
explains what he is doing and why, answers questions, addresses concerns
and will make changes if requested. Kurt is very personable, easy to
talk to and returns phone calls. He is owner/builder, so there may be
times when he needs to do estimates, paperwork, procure supplies, etc.
