He worked with my budget and stood by his work as he actually fixed a leak in the roof 2 months after the work had been completed. Anthony was a great partner as he told me exactly what to expected and helped me save money where possible. "Overall Brian and his sub-contractors did an excellent job at meeting our expectations. They delivered a final product that left us extremely satisfied. - Price o During the initial quoting phase Brian was extremely responsive. Of the roughly 10 contractors that were willing to quote our work scope, Brian’s estimate was one of the most competitive. o Throughout the entire process he held to the base price. He was willing to accommodate on several occasions for small changes (i.e. paint colors, window placement, etc.), was reasonable for changes outside of work scope after the contract was awarded (change of countertop material, change in wiring) and worked with us when unexpected items arose (ceramic sub-floor). - Quality o The work that was conducted surpassed our expectations. A majority of the work was done correct the first time. That which wasn’t (minor paint touchups) were immediately corrected. Brian was always willing to accommodate our requests and never made us feel as though anything that we asked was unreasonable. - Responsiveness o Brian met with us weekly to walk through our project on a weekly basis. We would review the work that was completed and examine the upcoming work scope. He was always available via phone to address any of our concerns and attentive to email as well. - Punctuality o See above. The crew was able to complete the project in the agreed upon 3.5 month timeline. - Professionalism o Brian and his sub-contractors were all very courteous and professional. For a family with two young children (1 & 3), they made the process as painless as possible. Everyone did excellent work and were very accommodating with our schedules."

"In a nutshell, Dave did a great job and was great to work with. I needed a variety of work done for a home that was being prepared to sell and Dave was able to handle them all. These tasks included: drywall patching/repair, interior painting, exterior painting (shutters, doors, foundation), power washing (deck & siding), toilet and shower repairs, door jamb and window sash repairs...and probably others that I'm forgetting. Communication was always timely and informative, which was nice because we wanted to get this house on the market quickly. Providing great value to his customers seems like a priority of Dave's, which I greatly appreciated during this process. When walking through the house and discussing the work needed, Dave offered multiple suggestions on how to perform the work. Many of his suggestions were simple in nature (not unnecessarily complicated) and did not involve extra equipment, time, resources, etc that would increase the cost. I would not hesitate to contact Dave in the future for any work, and I would recommend his services to anyone."

"Home Crafters completed a big project at my house in March 2012. We had a 10 foot section of a load bearing wall removed between the living room and dining room. The price quoted was very fair and competitive with the other bids I had received ($2800 for everything). They also agreed to center the opening along the wall, rather than starting at the one wall and opening up a 10 foot section that would be skewed toward one side (something that other contractors said was the only possible solution). Once the team had started, they realized that the return vents were not in the usual place, and they would need to expand the construction project to re-run the vent work. This was an additional cost to us, but Home Crafters agreed to complete that project at cost.  
I could not be happier with their work. The team was very professional and accommodating, the wall looks perfect, and I don?t have anything negative to say about Jim or his team. Even though we ran into delays, everything was completed very professionally and with great attention to detail. They even moved two outlets from the now open section of the wall to the remaining segments. I would highly recommend this group for any home construction projects. We plan to remodel our master bathroom in another year or two, and Home Crafters will definitely be our first call."
