He made suggestions to perserve the health and beauty of trees and shrubs that I identified. Then he clearly described the plan and gave me a detailed estimate. Communucation was excellent from the office as well as all the personnel on the day they arrived. I want to thank the friendly ,kind staff for thier excellent job and care to make sure the job was completed as I requested. The clean up was awesome! His crew worked diligently to clean up all the areas where they worked. Went over and above trimming precisely and caring for the health of the trees. All their equipment was clean and working properly. Used bucket truck but still climbed far above the areas out of reach of the bucket. Used chipper to get rid of branches that were cut.
