"I was very pleased overall with the service from BeaverJack. They came out quickly for an estimate, and their estimate was very reasonable, well within my budget. They were able to schedule the work during winter while there wasn't much snow, and I found the crew to be communicative, conscientious, thorough, and friendly. The quality of the work was good, and they let me know what the next steps in the process would be. It took a while for the weather to allow them to send the stump grinder back to finish the job, but that work was also done thoroughly by a friendly, attentive worker. "Showed up on time to review all the work required. Provided a fair quote. Spent 3 days in inclement weather completing all the work. Showed up on time each day and worked full days. His crew worked diligently to clean up all the areas where they worked. Went over and above trimming precisely and caring for the health of the trees. All their equipment was clean and working properly. Used bucket truck but still climbed far above the areas out of reach of the bucket. Used chipper to get rid of branches that were cut.
