The work was done professionally and the crew took great care in pruning our very old crab apple tree. They took so much time trimming to make sure the tree looked even all the way around. One side of the tree needed to be cut back excessively because it was over hanging a neighbor's yard and the crew did an expert job so that they didn't have to flat side the tree. We are very pleased with the work that was done. They cleaned up both our yard and the neighbor's where limbs had fallen and left the properties looking immaculate. We would not hesitate for a moment to hire Davey again and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs tree work done. Before the work was performed, we had a representative come to give us an estimate. He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly and took the time to explain what would be done and how it would be done. This company is A-One.

We've been using them for 3 years. We have a contract so they come at various times. For a year for everything it's probably about $1000. They are a great company.They're professional and they do a great job. They're nice, professional.

These guys are amazing. Very precise. Fast. And very nice people. Couldn't be happier with the work.

It was very good. No problems. They came out and spent the time with us, walked the land with us to identify all the trees. Helped us with identifying them. It was fine. They did a good job.

I had a good experience with them. I don't know how they are at a cost standpoint, but I thought what they did was fairly priced. The one thing I can't comment on is price because I didn't have competitive bids but they struck me as fair and did a good job. They are very professional. I thought it was a fair price, but without competitive bids, it's a little hard to know. They come out and give you a bid. They have a guy who comes out and sizes up the job and goes through all the details with you to insure that I know what I want and they know what they are going to deliver so we got clear on that. They didn't make a mess when they were out here. I'd say it was a couple guys, maybe 2 or 3 guys. It took a day.

Very well. They arrived promptly to provide estimate (as I needed more that 4 hours' work), and let me know when they would be coming to provide services. Work completed as described, when described, at very reasonable price.

I think they did a great job. It was one of the costlier estimates, but I just trusted their reputation.

I am happy with them. They are terrific. I just thought the billing was convenient in terms that they let you pay with a credit card. They came out when they said they would. They were responsive when we called. So basically, did everything I would expect from a contractor.

They were very professional. We discussed what work was to be done and how they were going to do it. They proceeded exactly as we had discussed. It was a pleasure working with them. Because Davey was recommended, we did not get other bids for the work. The cost seemed reasonable. I will certainly call them again if we have tree work that has to be done.

It was actually a big job, at some point I think the guys were just tired. In terms of the job they did an excellent job removing the trees and pruning a couple of them.

They removed a shrub on side of house and in back corner of my house cut the tress back. It was at least 10 ft of clearance that I asked to be clear. They did that on both sides of house. I t was a lot of work. This tree was huge, they cut it down and were very professional. They also brought the chipper and cleaned that all up. 

The supervisor was tired but the younger kids were good. They were done with all the work in about four hours. The cost was very very reasonable and did an excellent job.  

I enjoyed doing a walk-around with Arborel, looking at my younger trees and assessing the overall health of my landscaping.

Ken Tomajko came to the house, diagnosed the problem and set up a time to treat the tree. It is a two step process requiring treatment last fall and this spring. I just received a reminder and contract for the spring work. He also gave me some excellent advice on other trees on my property.

I've been using them for the last couple of years primarily because when he came the first time he gave me the correct diagnosis of all my trees and shrubs.

The service that Arborel provided was spectacular. They went above and beyond what any other specialist would or could do. In each case, they took the time to evaluate and explain why or why not things had to be addressed. Their main concern is the health of the trees on the property then execute work that enhances the ascetic of the property. Additionally, they take the time to educate everyone who is interested about tree care then will go so far as to teach the best methods for general upkeep to avoid future issues.

It went very well. Ken Tomajko managed the work. He quickly responded to my calls and developed a comprehensive maintenance program. My trees and shrubs are healthy and look great.

Excellent! Ken and his crew notified us in advance when they would be arriving to perform the ordered services; everything on the properties looked great all season long. Ken's continuing guidance on assisting our potted fig tree to flourish resulted in twice as many ripe figs as in the previous growing season!
