"The folks were very professional and friendly. They did an exceptional job on my trees and even went above and beyond fixing some problems with my fencing and outside stair railing. I couldn't be happier with their work. Highly recommended!"

"I highly recommend Brandon Hepp for landscaping. He did an amazing job for us. He did everything as promised and more. His price was lower than the other landscapers I talked to, included more plants, and provided a one-year guarantee on the plants which the others refused to do. We selected â  deer proofâ  plants. His crew was hardworking and polite. I have another job that I am planning in the future and will definitely use Brandonâ  s company. ð  Â"

"I am beyond happy with the service. On time and went straight to work. Polite and listened to my requests. Cleaned up and removed debris. My backyard looks amazing compared to what they started with as I had a large amount of trees and shrubs. Would highly recommend this company. Plan to use for other services."

"Excellent work at a fair price. Punctual and professional. Respectful of property and requests. Most people will stop reading at this point, but I suggest you continue for a brief example of how qenuine Ryan is. While he was here doing the job, I was helping an elderly neighbor remove a fallen tree from their yard when the tire on my pull behind lawn cart blew. Not only did Ryan offer to help me fix the cart but he helped me unload and stack the wood free of charge and still finished the job on schedule. A true stand up young man."

Arborists questions, answered by experts

Using vinegar to kill tree roots is just one of the clever ways to use vinegar around the house. The method works best when you apply vinegar as directly to the root system as possible. For example, if the old tree roots and stump are currently exposed, drill holes in the tops of the roots and pour undiluted white vinegar into the holes to soak into the plant. Remember that vinegar can kill the surrounding grass and plants should it pour over the edge.

Costs reflect the size of the tree or shrub, the complexity of the task, location accessibility, and disposal needs, and comprehensive quotes vary accordingly.

It can take anywhere from one month to a couple of years for tree roots to grow back in sewer lines. Tree roots can cause extreme havoc on your sewer lines, potentially cracking them and causing untreated wastewater to make its way into the groundwater. Have a landscaping pro remove trees and roots before installing your system, or call a pro to do it retroactively as soon as you can.

For safety reasons, leaning trees are best removed by a professional, as they may often tear away from the hinge, causing you to lose control over where the tree falls. If you choose to cut down a tree leaning slightly, avoid cutting off root protrusions before you start. Make your hinge a little longer than usual by cutting it deeper (up to 30% of the diameter) and applying a wedge into the felling cut on the side the tree is leaning. Stand away from the direction the tree leans while making your felling cut.

Maple trees start the growing season by developing small groups of red flowers where the tree's fruit, the samaras, will appear in the coming weeks. Later in spring, the samaras, which many call whirlybirds or similar names, develop into single-winged seed carriers that spin when falling or drifting in the wind.
