He made suggestions to perserve the health and beauty of trees and shrubs that I identified. Then he clearly described the plan and gave me a detailed estimate. "Excellent! They arrived on time, worked steadily, cleaned up thoroughly, accomplishing everything that was asked of them. For instance, one tree that had to be taken down was a dying 80+ foot spruce located within six feet of a spindly oak sapling. I asked them to be careful of the sapling as I wanted it to fill in the canopy left by the spruce. After the tree came down and was carted away, I looked closely at the oak for possible damage which I felt sure there would be. To my surprise, the oak was untouched, not a scratch or broken branch. This is a company of surgeons! I have more work to be done, so I'll be sure to ask them back. They're great!"

They were very professional and polite. We added additional work as they were doing our yard and they were so accommodating to take care of our needs. Adam discovered several other minor issues and addressed them as well. There were no additional charges above our agreed upon price. The area was cleaned and all work was completed in a very professional manner."
