"These guys are not only pros—they are true gutter artisans. After a decidedly frustrating experience with previous roofers, who were at best sloppy but in any case showed no pride in work, working with Ryan Hankey and Always Perfect Contracting has been a breath of fresh air. The work was a challenging replacement of a decayed and rotting box gutter on a circa 1850s historic home on a steep hillside with 36 stairs. There was no way to save the box gutter. Ryan and his team of Jeff and Dino worked long days in high heat and humidity to get the job done in two days. Not only did they replace the gutter, they remediated some of the sloppiness perpetrated by previous roofers at no extra cost. I got three bids on this project, and although Always Perfect Contracting was not the cheapest, the level of craftsmanship more than warranted the price differential. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough—7 stars (out of 5)."

Al was our master craftsman on the deck construction and he is a perfectionist in the best sense of the word. The deck is very sound and constructed well. "Nate was exceptional from beginning to end. When I initially called him with a list of 4 'random' items I needed to have looked at (replace fence posts; replace a railroad tie that we have by our driveway; some siding repair & ceiling issues due to a previous leak), he responded within an hour. He came by later that evening on the way home just to look over the jobs and let me know what he would be able to do (everything except the ceiling). He got back to me with an estimate with 2 days and scheduled the work for approximately 3 weeks in advance. His schedule opened up and he came within a week. Even though he had not done siding repair before, it looked incredible! The fence posts were perfect - very sturdy, and he somehow replaced the railroad tie without having to remove the shrubs right next to it. He was extremely responsible, polite & the clean-up was immaculate. I definitely will use his services in the future and refer him to anyone needing Handyman services. There is a reason he has an 'A' rating."
