He was one of the only roofers that were willing to walk the roof, and then offered candid feedback and suggestions and provided a quote a few days after seeing the project. Ultimately, we decided to go with a different option and scaled back the scope of the job, but I wouldn't hesitate to give them a call in the future for any roofing projects."

- I had to call multiple times and threaten to cancel my purchase before someone called me to schedule.  It took about two weeks to schedule instead of the 3-4 days stated on Angie's list.  The lack of response to my phone calls was highly unprofessional.
- I had to pay $60 extra for materials after the work was completed.
- I had to sweep and clean up after they left.
Pros:
- Once scheduled, the work was completed as requested and to my satisfaction.
- The price was reasonable.
- I would use Masters Electrical again.
