"Wally Manfredia is the ultimate contractor. Not only is the work done professionally and expertly, but he really cares about his customers. He and his staff paid careful attention to my home and the work done here, which was not only extensive but challenging, as my home is very old with lots of hidden problems. I would highly recommend Manfredia's Carpentry & General Contracting!"

"Gary and his team put in a basement powderroom, closet and install two ceiling fans. We couldn't be happier with the price and quality and workmanship. He and his team were proficient, knowledgeable, professional and extremely courteous. They got back to us promptly and were fair in price. "Matt and his team with MNB Renovations did a 32 x 24 addition that was basically a home build from the ground up. I am still surprised for the size of this project how stress free the process was. Matt was very detailed and checked in on everything to make sure we were getting what we wanted. In the end he asked us to make a list of anything that needed to be addressed and there was absolutely nothing to mention. They did a perfect job, the quality of the work is amazing, and the entire team was very nice, professional, and trustworthy! I absolutely recommend this company to others and will definitely use them again in the future!"

"Encore Handyman were very professional , the customer service was excellent. They made sure the job was done at an efficient time and they made sure the job was done to my satisfaction."

"Weldon Builders did an awesome job finishing our basement. They installed drywall, flooring, shelving in a storage area they built out for us, and hardwood stair treads. Everything was finished, painted, and cleaned up beautifully. They were very responsive to our requests, transparent about pricing and workflow, and were great to work with. Excellent attention to detail and quality. We love our new basement! Thanks, Weldon Builders!"

"Tom from TAF was first to respond from the contractors you suggested. Came and inspected area the next week and emailed me proposal next day. More detailed work than I expected but work nevertheless needed done. Price very reasonable and hope to reach out again if/when I can fit into budget."

"They came out and they did an excellent job, very professional and I will use them again."

"I have had some credit issues in the past whic caused me to be turned down by other mortgage lenders. I contacted Mark after reading some reviews on angie's list just to see if there was any thing that he might be able to do that was better than the typical lenders. He was very positive from the beginning, but also very realistic and upfront. He was able to get me a good rate, much better than i was expecting with good closing costs and through FHA. There were difficulties along the way with the FHA and my insurance company wich made for some bumps in the road. But Mark and Judy were right there and worked through it making adjustments as necessary and keeping me up to date on the process. I would recommend them to others anytime. It took a while to get to closing, but we got there and with a good rate and a relatively smooth process. Many thanks to Mark and Judy, not every broker would put this much time into a relatively small mortgage.

"Good experience, we met with them but we didn't go with them. I really can't on the price, because I haven't went with them but I haven't went with anyone else. You know it's a typical sales pitch, there was some you know the thing with dealing with a salesman. It was kind of a back and forth you could tell he wasn't giving us all the information. He was doing his job."
