"Chris was an angel. He returned my call very quickly and was able to squeeze in a window A/C installation that he normally doesn’t do amongst two other jobs on a holiday weekend. Chris went to a rough part of town and helped my cousin who is disabled. He was kind, courteous, and went out of his way in a heat wave to help. He makes it easier for myself, my grandma, and my aunt to sleep knowing that my disabled cousin with epilepsy will be in a cooler apartment. It’s the little things and going out of his way to make it happen. 1000% recommend!"

Small jobs welcome

"Wow! Called me 10 minutes after I posted busted water pipe inside the wall. Onsite within 2 hrs. Both Randy & Chris came. Randy talked us through everything needed. Chris didnt talk so much but got right to work and finished quickly. Chris gave us tips for maintenance we could do to prevent a future call for this issue. Will definitely call this company for future needs."

"We needed new gutter guards installed on our shed. Jesse thoroughly cleaned the gutters and professionally installed the new guards. The gutters were approximately 20 feet above ground level, and Jesse completed the work safely and efficiently. He arrived exactly as scheduled and worked diligently until the job was fully completed. We were very pleased with his workmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail."

Small jobs welcome

"Dave Aaronson is a quality pro who knows his stuff. He installed the front door and storm door and the fire door and the back door. He was so friendly and helpful. He was on time and finished in a timely fashion and he cleaned up after himself. I hope to hire him again."

"Gino @ Redline did several repair and upkeep jobs for us, including installing a new kitchen faucet, replacing the ballcock in the toilet tank, installing a new door knob, among other help. He was professional, reliable, courteous, got the jobs done. He even went above and beyond when we had issues with a fridge install (different company): he came back free of charge to help us move our heavy kitchen island to make space for moving the fridge. We offered a tip, but he declined that, too. To top it off, he told us to call him when it's time to move the island back. I highly recommend him."

"Ralph was recommended to me for plumbing, after a few small jobs, I recommended him to my neighbor who in turn then told me he did a lot more stuff as he did all the work in her house to sell it including painting. So he now has repaired my deck, repaired water damage in an outside wall, and fixed the gutter that caused the damage. He has tiled my kitchen backsplash, moved outlets, installed new light fixtures, stained my deck, and installed several appliances including installing new pipes to have a water source for my new fridge, he also installed luxury vinyl in my kitchen and powerwashed the siding. He is a perfectionist, fair and personable. He has a key to my house and even lets my dog out! He is a busy guy and in high demand, but he has even come and worked weekend afternoons at my house."

Fire Pit Installation questions, answered by experts

EIFS has several disadvantages, primarily related to cost and moisture. The system tends to have higher upfront installation costs compared to other siding options, and repairs can also be expensive, especially if water damage occurs. A significant downside is its low breathability, which can trap moisture between its layers from either leakage or condensation. This trapped moisture increases the risk of developing mold and rot, which can lead to costly and extensive repairs if not addressed promptly.

While your forced heating system runs, it can pick up dirt, dust, hair, and other particles from inside your house. Changing your furnace filters regularly is key to preventing this debris from getting stuck in your ducts and swirling around your home. With some types of furnaces, there’s also the potential for carbon monoxide leaks. However, staying up-to-date with your HVAC inspections and installing carbon monoxide sensors can help mitigate this risk.

Depending on who’s doing the estimating, about 22,000 to 25,000 chimney fires happen each year in the United States. Given the fact that millions of Americans have fireplaces (and chimneys), that means chimney fires aren’t exactly common—but they’re not rare, either. Since they’re so dangerous, it’s important to take precautions to prevent them.

Costs depend on system type, building size, labor, and regulatory compliance requirements.

DIY smoke detectors are possible, but professional installation ensures compliance with fire codes and optimal safety.
