The Work Order reflects anew tank kit, a new flipper, and a new supply line, none of which were replaced. He charged me $400 for replacing the two bolts and then pressured me to pay cash (I did not). He also told me that he provided no guarantee for his repairwork."

"Owner showed up with a small crew and a crazy new piece of equipment. Excavated down below my foundation and to the septic tank. Came into the basement and jackhammered the floor.
