"Customer initially called on 1/11/2019 regarding low water pressure in her kitchen faucet, advised customer that faucet may be under warranty. She said she would look for warranty paperwork and call back. She called back on 1/19/2019 stating she could not locate paperwork and would purchase a new faucet in case old faucet was not able to be repaired. Received text message on 1/20/2019 confirming appointment on 01/21/2019 ( MLK day). We arrived on 01/21/2019 at 9:30 am. Troubleshooted kitchen faucet, found it seized and corroded. Advised her that it would be more efficient to replace faucet with her new one, the parts alone would be at least $70, if not more. She agreed to replace faucet. In order to remove the kitchen faucet we had to move some drain work and misc. piping under the sink in order to remove the faucet due to lack of accessibility. Removed old faucet and installed new faucet. Tested Faucet. She asked us to address an issue with her pop-up in her master lavatory. Assessed issue in lav., found parts damaged. Went to supply house around the corner for replacement parts. Installed parts without having to replace entire pop-up assembly. Advised about keeping her receipt and warranty paperwork for the faucet. She received invoice and paid in full. we asked if she would like her old faucet she replied no. We took old faucet and new box to dispose of. She text messaged on 01/23/2019 regarding returning new faucet box, she had reached out to Price Pfister and they would give her a $75 refund. Received text message on 1/25/2019, We returned the box on 2/4/2019, 14 days after requested. We are disappointed that this longtime Customer felt the need to leave a bad review with Angie's List rather than contact us directly, even though we were corresponding she never indicated she was nothing less than pleased with our performance regarding the repairs. The insinuation that we are not trustworthy is not only inflammatory but hurtful. We have reached out to this customer directly and they have failed to respond."
We had a small amount of water coming through our basement ceiling one day and a deluge a few days later. We used Angie?s List to call Cliff. We thought it might be coming from our kitchen sink but really weren?t sure. We left a message for Cliff and he called us back the same day and set an appointment for the next day. Cliff was friendly and professional. He listened to what we had to say and then investigated the issue. He checked everything and then double checked it. In his investigations he found a few other little things that we were then able to fix before they became bigger, more expensive, problems. It turned out the problem was a pipe in the powder room behind the kitchen. He had to rip out part of the powder room wall to get a good idea of the extent of the problem. It had totally rotted through.
Cliff explained all the issues and the different solutions. He spent the time needed to determine the problem. The job was too big to do in the time allotted. He set it up to minimize the leak as much as possible and he promised to come back early the next day and fix everything, which he did. Both times he cleaned up before leaving and made sure the plaster dust from the wall didn?t go all over the house. He did a beautiful job. It has been a week and the leaks are gone and the drain he cleaned out for us runs like a dream.
Cliff was nice, professional and an excellent plumber. His fees are very reasonable. A terrific combination and when we need a plumber again, Cliff is the one we are going to call.
I had a recurring problem with the drain box at the bottom of my driveway backing up due to tree roots in the old terra cotta pipes. One of the options to correct this was to dig up and replace the old pipes, which would necessitate going through the driveway, wall and walkway, and approximately 60 feet of ground. The other, more reasonable option was to install a sump pump.
I scheduled estimates and asked for solutions from 3 plumbers, but Cliff was the only plumber who looked at the entire situation with the drain AND the downspouts, and looked at where the existing pipe had been discharging the rainwater over the hill behind my house. The other plumbers who came to provide estimates, looked only at the drain box and were here and gone within 15 minutes. . Cliff was the only one who took the time to walk my property to see how the downspouts and drain box pipes were discharging rainwater, to make sure that the solutions he proposed would take care of all of the issues.
He then explained exactly how and where he would dig to install the pump and have it connect to the downspout that discharges to the storm sewer. In addition, he took the time to examine both downspouts and showed me that they were not discharging properly. They were both above the curb and the rain water from one of them was actually running back under my driveway. To correct this Cliff cut out a section in the curb and re-cemented a trough for each of the downspouts.
Cliff and his helper put in a long, hard day doing a quality job. They were here until almost 8 in the evening to complete everything and remove the debris. They swept the driveway and hosed it down so that there was no dirt or mud anywhere.
I feel that Cliff is an outstanding service provider not only because of his attention to detail and thoroughness in assessing the situation, but also because he approaches his work with total professionalism. He treated me with respect and made sure that I understood all that he was doing.
I will definitely call Anytime Sewer and Drain for any future plumbing needs.

HE WILL BE MY FIRST CHOICE NEXT TIME I NEED A PLUMBER.
After a very professional greeting.he got to work immediately. I guess he tried plunging and then went to his truck for a snake which ultimately cleared the clog. I then asked him that if he had time, could he look at the 2 slow running drains. The one was fine (probably my daughters waist long hair and tons of conditioner) and he didn't make up a story about some costly repair. Just said to do a better job cleaning out the drain strainer. The sink drain had pipes corroded so badly (he showed them to me), he replaced the pipe going from drain to wall. I then said "since your here ...". And he kindly obliged changing my shower head. When done, he cleaned up his mess and mine.
All said, he did the toilet, 2 drains and the shower head in just about 2 hours and charged $135. I finally found a plumber!
He's really a nice guy, was respectful to me and my family, kind to my dog, didn't swear while working, clean, reasonably priced and honest, quick and effective. What more can you want? I'll use him "Anytime" again and you should not hesitate to do so also..
I would definitely recommend him, and will use his services in the future.
