First of all, I can can do plumbing myself, but it usually involves more than a day or two and multiple trips to one of the big box stores. Since the tub hardware was old and corroded, I didn't want to take a chance of making things worse, so I decided to call in a professional; that the toilet started leaking was a (happy) coincidence for me, so he or she could do that at the same time. I contacted TruPlumbing and Tom was dispatched for the job... he contacted me to set up a time and date for the service call and also gave me a quote and the option to buy my own parts for the job, telling me what was needed, Tom arrived on time and had both jobs completed in a few hours; he was very professional, covered his shoes so as not to track dirt into the house, and explained what all he had done. I would definitely recommend TruPlumbing and will use them in the future.

On time and up front about the costs. Compared to other estimates they came in extremely reasonable for the work that needed done. In and out in around 2 hours. The new sink has been up and running, without issue, for a couple of weeks. Would recommend and plan to rehire in the future if/when a need arises. $85.00/ hr + parts.

This was an easy project from estimating to clean up. The work was done quickly and efficiently; no post-installation issues. The estimated cost was the final cost, no surprises.

The installer was prompt and very professional. He was on time and did the work in a short amount of time. If it wasn’t for the cost concern with no response I would have recommended this company. ?

It went extremely well. Tim was very quick to return my call and came out the next day that I was available. He was very knowledgeable and made sure to explain everything as he went. He replaced the old steel pipe with PVC and also replaced the drain for my sink in my laundry room. He also glued together all of the joints for my condensation line for my A/C so they wouldn't leak anymore. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them for any of my future plumbing needs.

They were prompt, efficient, and did a great job. They were great to work with and came in at 1/3 of the price that the others did. I would hire them again in a second!

Tru Plumbing came and fixed the pipe and did an excellent job. After they had left, I had a problem with my dishwasher door opening & closing correctly. They had to pull the dishwasher out to fix the pipe that had cracked. I called Tru Plumbing about the dishwasher and they came out a few days later and fixed it right away.

They did an excellent job. My gas had been shut off due to a leak in an outside line. Tru plumbing came right away. They were fast and courteous. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Tim and the guys from Tru Plumbing did a great job. I was on vacation when they came and I heard it was pouring down rain but they got the job done anyway. Tim was very patient with my questions and very informative. Great company.

Our drain started backing up and getting into our basement. The call was originally made to to HSA (Home Warranty), which in turn they called Tru Plumbing. Right off the bat before any work gets done I have to pay $70 just to make a claim to the Home Warranty. The rep from Tru Plumbing said he needed to install a clean out to be able to send a camera down the drain. I agreed. We arranged a time for him to come.  He came on that day and said "What are we doing again?" My wife informed him again of what the job is. And at that point he said he did not have the camera and would have to come back another day. A few days later he came back, installed the clean out, sent the camera down, and found out it just needed snaked.  He performed the job well enough but left some of what was in the drain, on my basement floor. I am not sure if I would use the company again. (Also, the first day he came out he repaired a toilet that was broke, without any prompting)

I can't say enough about Tru Plumbing.  They are truly an A+ operation.  There is never a good time to spend money on plumbing, but Tru Plumbing made my experience much more pleasant than what it could have been.  From start to finish they were very professional and honest throughout the entire way.  AJ, Mike and Don were all so great to work with.  As a new homeowner, I noticed that my kitchen sink was not draining, the basement toilet was slowly flushing and the basement shower was backing up.  AJ and his staff came over and broke the news to us that we had several tree roots growing through our terracotta pipe in the basement. Mike and Don showed me proof by letting me look at the camera and the damage was easily evident. Instead of being money hungry, AJ offered me options, but also gave me his honest recommendation.  He offered to grind the roots up, but explained that this would not be a lifetime fix, but he recommended that they excavate in my back yard, install an outside trap and replace the terracotta pipe with new PVC pipe.  Mike and Don jack-hammered the floor up and took out the old pipe up my stairs in 5 gallon buckets.  They masked everything off and were careful not to leave what could have been a mess. They showed me everything they were doing along the way and were very willing to explain things to me. They did a great job patching the concrete and even replaced the pipe stack up to my upstairs bathroom since it was terracotta too. They did an excellent job and I felt so relieved when the job was finished and thankful that we went with Tru Plumbing.  It has been almost a year now and there have been no problems since. I would recommend Tru Plumbing to anyone who needs work done. You won't regret it!  My wife even mentioned to AJ that she thought our furnace wasn't kicking on. AJ offered to take a look and found that our furnace filter needed replaced. It was an easy fix, but just shows you how they are willing to go above and beyond for the customer.
