Very unprofessional of them. We made a time period to stop by and give me a quote for what I wanted done. No one stopped by or sent a message to me. If you don't want to do the job, that is fine, just let me know.

Poor communication. On scheduled day I had to call Raecon to find out if we are still a go on the project, the call was after the scheduled appointment. He said he had a guy out sick, which is understandable. So, we rescheduled later in the week, since he stated he could do at the end of the week. Come 9:00 which was the scheduled time he chose, no show and no call. Multiple calls and text to him was not answered. After 10AM he finally called back and said he had an "emergency repair". Now if he could have sent a text or a quick call, that would have been great. Instead, I had to call him to find out what was going on.

"The job was rescheduled . Being honest that their was a communication error due to unforeseen issue I am good always on getting back to people . Unfortunately we had an emergency job the set priority and agin we are sorry for not calling and inconvenience . We would hope customer would give consideration for the next job to make right"

I requested a quote through Angi and Naz reached out to me. Good thing is the quote was free. He visited my house to see the project site and project needs. We discussed the project requirements in detail. He then gave me a quote and availability. I reached out to him in a couple of days to confirm the date and then out of a sudden he increased the price by $125. I said I'll need time to reconsider so he declined the project. I found this to be very unprofessional. How did the price increase with no change in requirements or scope?

The finished project is very nice! Naz is an old time professional who takes additional steps, uses better materials than most, and at a very competitive cost. The project took a bit longer than anticipated, but the finished product was worth the wait!

I've used Raecon Plumbing many times over the years. They are always very knowledgeable, and competitive price wise vs. other companies. Services I've used include water heater replacement , tub and shower remodeling, sewer clogs, drain replacements on sinks and toilets. Other drain lines buried both under my house and in the ground outside. I recommend to my friends and family as I'm a firm believer that once you find someone you can trust you don't need to look elsewhere.

Quick to respond. Arrived earlier than promised. A previous plumber wanted to replace the entire toilet. Reconsider reseated it and put in new pieces inside the tank.

Perfect! The bathroom is absolutely beautiful!! All the work done is of the highest quality. Our master bathroom was completely gutted and redesigned. Naz Conti provided a lot of suggestions for both the design and the fixture choices that greatly enhanced the finished product. The work was done in a timely manner. And he always communicated with me about every detail. I highly recommend this company.

Called to set up appointment week in advance. Poor communication wth regards to scheduling. I had texted on morning of appointment, to which he responded, "I'm finishing a job from last week." We all prioritize our scheduling, I don't see how this is any different. Very unprofessional. Look elsewhere.
