"Very friendly, courteous team. They explained everything clearly and were very thorough. They had to go up to the Attic through the the bedroom closet. I covered one side of the closet clothing with plastic. I received a call from that tech indicating that he was done but that the plastic came off and he didn't want to come down until the clothes were covered again. Very considerate and customer focused. Very happy with their work and with the two that came to inspect and resolve my issue. A week later and no issues or noises."

We are a family owned, full service home inspection company that does inspections in accordance to the Standards of Practice of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). This includes evaluations of Roof, Structure, Electrical, Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Insulation and Ventilation. ASHI Certified inspector.

"My husband and I had a very negative experience with a different inspection company a couple of years ago, so we were extremely cautious when searching for a new inspector. John Fleenor exceeded our expectations to such an extent that this is the second time we are utilizing his services, and we have no regrets whatsoever. We will hire him every time we need an inspector. He inspected the entire extent of the house carefully and reported every single issue. He discussed each issue with us, highlighting the more urgent ones. He was very patient with all our questions and remained available afterward for additional inquiries after we received the report. We also hired him for the radon control and pest control tests. The price was fair and totally worth it."

"The salesman recommended a surface drain in the back yard to keep water from comming into the house. They dug with shovels but did not follow a chalk line resulting in an unbelievable jagged mess filled with stone. I cannot cover it so I have to look at this mess everytime I want to go out into my back yard or patio. Not to mention how difficult it is going to make lawn mowing. Then they connected and buried a rainconductor hose going down the side of the house to the front yard. Heaped rock and clay and dirt, literally heaped! Threw grass seed and straw on top and called it a day. Called managment and was told by a supervisor that this is how they do it, "we don't did straight lines" our yard looks like a war zone. Customer service does not exist, once they have your money you are history."
