We are both commercial exterminators and residential exterminators. We service Beaver, Butler, Lawrence, and Northern Allegheny Counties locations. I called Boos and they were out the very next day in the morning. He even tried to make it within hours of when I called him that afternoon but he simply could not get to my house that same day. I did appreciate his concern and quick response.
He and his partner arrived ON TIME, professionally and neatly dressed (but of course also in appropriate outdoor clothing). They explained how they were going to treat the nest and how the treatment worked. I was told to call in 2 days if activity did not cease (it did just like he said it would with a few bee workers returning for an hour or two and then ending completely).
I appreciate service people when they come when they say they will and are on time. They were friendly and efficient.
