Jay was our third animal control company, and was willing to go up on the roof of our 3-story house to check the chimneys (unlike the first company) and also was very diligent about keeping appointments, responding to phone calls, and checking the traps every few days to make sure they were still set (unlike the second company). He probably came out to the house at least 5-7 times, and stuck with it until the animal was gone.
Jay also went under our front porch, a location the other folks had failed to check, and set traps there as well. He noticed cracks between the foundation and basement windows, and filled in the cracks. After catching one rat, and making sure none remained, he closed off access to the porch. He also went up on the roof again and put screens on top of each chimney to prevent entry from above. He also guarantees his work, so if the problem arises again we can call him for help.
All in all, considering the amount of time he spent and the work he did, his price was extremely reasonable. He's a very nice, polite, professional person and we strongly recommend him.

Jay arrived within an hour of my frantic call and did a thorough search for the snake, which did not appear again while he was here. (The first snake was caught prior to his arrival) Since he was unable to locate the second snake, he set out two traps. He was very professional and despite having to travel a long distance, didn't charge extra.
