We offer maintenance plans for treatments that need to be done on a regular basis (monthly, mosquito infestations, moths, rates, roaches, silverfish, spiders, stink bugs, termites, yearly

The service was okay it the follow up that was a nightmare. I called to get a copy of the warranty and receipt and was told my warranty was set to expire. Once I said I was not interested in renewing and just wanted to documentation the owners entire demeanor changed and he become threatening and unresponsive. He yelled at my fiance, hung up the phone and refused to answer. Luckily we had another contact at the company and were able to have a civil discussion and get the paperwork we needed although it took several requests and days of follow up.

Jason from PPC was professional. He answered our every concern and question timely. He explained the process of exterminating bed bugs and described how they could have gotten into our home in the first place. He gave us a detailed list of what to do to prepare for his visit, which was extremely helpful. Jason was on time and so nice. He even called us the evening of our extermination appointment to check if we had questions. Bed bugs are hard to get rid of, and PPC was there to retreat our home quickly. We hired PPC to provide preventive sprays and treatment on the inside and outside of our homes too because we were so pleased. We have had no occurrences of centipedes, ants, wasps, or bed bugs since this treatment. We are pleased and would recommend this company to anyone!
