He went above and beyond by taking care of several small fixes at no extra charge — tightening loose screws on a sagging screen door, adjusting a door strike plate so it would close properly, and carefully sealing exposed wood with caulk to prevent future issues. Chris is detail-oriented, honest, and clearly takes pride in his work. Communication was easy, the job site was left clean, and the quality of work was excellent. "Caleb was very easy to work with from the initial phone call forward. Highly transparent and reasonable with his estimates and excellent communication throughout the job. We had high end LVP flooring installed after tile removal. Upon tile removal, he paid attention to every detail making sure the subfloors were level and reinforced. Caleb also has great craftsmanship with his flooring cuts and minimizes waste. Our flooring was a combination of mixed widths. He did a fantastic job of running the patterns through all rooms and matching up without any transitions. We would highly reccomend Caleb to anyone looking for a top notch and detailed contractor that will get the work done the way it should be."
