He not only completed all the repairs I originally hired him for, but also took the time to thoroughly check the house and point out other items that needed attention. He went above and beyond by taking care of several small fixes at no extra charge — tightening loose screws on a sagging screen door, adjusting a door strike plate so it would close properly, and carefully sealing exposed wood with caulk to prevent future issues. Chris is detail-oriented, honest, and clearly takes pride in his work. Communication was easy, the job site was left clean, and the quality of work was excellent. I would definitely hire him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable handyman."

"Install was summer of 2023 and shortly after our patio door started leaking profusely when it rained. They came out after several calls were made and did minor repairs. Low & behold, each spring since it continues to leak profusely. Calling for service & submitting the online service ticket has gotten us nothing but "crickets", no return calls. The time on hold for someone to pick up is soooo long! Buyer Beware of the warranty. Not sure they want to honor any work once you fork out $28,000.00 for the window and door install. I will reach out to the BBB to file a claim."

"I am very unsatisfied with my experience. I called the office to talk about my projects and get a quote on the jobs that I needed completed. We discussed all three jobs. The office said this would take a day and quoted me a price. They charged me money to hold my appointment date. A month went by, I had to call the office the day before the appointment to make sure that someone was still going to be arriving the next day. The appointment was scheduled to start at 8:00 am. The handyman came to my house at 12:45. He looked at the jobs that were to be completed and said that he could only finish one of them and asked which of the three I would like him to do. He went out to buy materials and returned back to my house sometime around 3:00. He never even fully finished one of the jobs. He left my house at 5:30 and I was charged over $1000. I was also charged for a gallon of paint that he never even used because the job was never completed. I asked if someone would be calling to schedule the work to be finished. He assured me that someone would be calling. No one ever called or returned."
