King Cobra Drain Cleaning

He cleared the clog same day. Quick, efficient, no frills, got us back up and running.

Called Anthony and he came on time the next morning. The location of the clog wasn’t evident and it took him a while (more than an hour) to narrow it down. Ultimately he did locate the clog and cleared it though he had to cut into the stack. Anthony is a one man operation so I had to assist by running water and flushing several themes throughout the job. His price was very reasonable considering The amount of time he spent. If you don’t mind having to assist then Anthony is your man.

Good job. He was prompt, and did what needed to be done. I liked the name of the company, too. It sounded like what I needed for the often flooded driveway when the drain was clogged.

He was delayed at his previous stop but kept me updated which was good. He had the problem fixed very quickly. Hard to comment on the price as I don't know what the going rate is.

It went extremely well! After being stood up 4 times by Roto-Rooter, we called King Cobra and Anthony came out the very next morning. He was systematic and professional, taking a good look at the job andonce he figured out the source of our problem set to work right away. After he was finished, Although we didn't expect him to, Anthony helped us put everything back in order (had to move some heavy slabs of slate on a sweltering day) and was cheerful and informative the entire time. I strongly recommend him for any plumbing job you might have.

Did the job in 15 minutes. Gave advice about how to avoid the problem in future. All good.

I thought my main drain needed snaking, but he demonstrated that there was no issue with the drain.  Instead, he found another drain that had a clog and cleaned that one out.

Tony was very responsive and did exactly what we needed him to do... clear our main drain line.  On Sat and Sun I noticed water on the floor in our basement bathroom.  The basement toilet wouldn't flush and water was coming back up the floor drain in the shower.  Waste water from upstairs kitchen and bathrooms were not making it through the main drain line and coming out into the basement bathroom.  It was not fun.  Tony arrived Monday morning, quickly removed the basement bathroom toilet and set up his mechanical snake.  It took him most of the morning but we have not had any issues since.

When I noticed sewage coming out of my basement floor drain late on the afternoon of the day before Easter, I called Anthony and he was out by 9AM Easter morning.  He snaked clear the main drain line that had backed up, and even bleached and cleaned my basement where he could.  He noticed that my basement toilet was running and was somehow able to get the parts he needed on a holiday to get it repaired.  I am very grateful for his quick response to my emergency on a holiday.  He was efficient, courteous, and thorough.  I would recommend him to anyone. 

I called King Cobra and asked when they could come to unclog my bathroom drain which was unusable.  Anthony came about 3 hours later.  He did a good job, explaining what he was doing along the way.  He was friendly and knowledgeable and fixed the problem.  I'll use him for future drain problems.

All was good. There was a concern when the snake got stuck in the pipe but through persistence was resolved and the job ended well. The technician was friendly and receptive to suggestions. He was careful! Which is an important trait when working a problem. I gave the price as 'fair' because I always think that this service is overcharged. I do not think King Cobra was higher than other drain services. I only gave a good for quality because better cleanup and replacement of personal belongings would have topped off the experience.

It went really well. The plumber was very professional and neat. He came back to finish and was ontime. He stayed late until the job was completed. He also gave me an Angie's List discount.

t was Saturday - middle of a week of packing to move. Washing clothes and dishes - when everything backs up and starts to overflow. So, off goes dishwasher, clothes washer and sink as they are all connected. Started to call plumbers - went through a bunch before we realized they don't do drains - then back to Angie's list for plumbers - drains cleaned. Again - through a lot. All busy or wanted too much money to come out on a Saturday. Finally, found King Cobra and Anthony said - be in their in 10 minutes - and he was! Figured out how to get through the clog in a drain that was not easy to get through. Spent extra time showing us that the drains now flowed well and was very pleasant and professional. Would use him again and recommend him. 

After unsuccessfully messing with a very slow kitchen drain (which connects to the utility sink that drains the clothes washer) for a week, I happened to be home today and thought to call a plumber.  I've been having long-standing communications issues with my regular plumber (he takes forever to call back, though he is honest so I've stuck with him) so I figured I'd give King Cobra a shot. 
Well, I'm so happy I did.  I called about 10am and he was able to come out the *same* day at 3pm.  It took him 2.5 hours and a couple of different snaking points to get to the clog but he did it.  It's now draining better than it ever has, better than the last time several years ago when my now-former plumber did it.  And it was a steal compared to how much I wasted on expensive drain cleaner jugs, which helped get the water moving just enough to get me to buy more of it. 
Anthony was very professional and pleasant, and he answered all my questions.  I will definitely call him again if I have drain issues.

I smelled a strong odor throughout the house last night only to find a sewage backup in the basement. I called King Cobra early this (Sunday) morning to inquire about service today. He did not immediately make a promise - what he did honestly say - was he had to check and would call me back within 30 minutes. He called back in 20 and said someone would be here late morning. He arrived around 11:30 and was very thorough. I was happy to get the drain fixed on the weekend and I was not charged an emergency or Sunday fee. I would use King Cobra again definitely.

Overall I can't really complain. I noticed that water was backing up out of my gutter downspouts at three locations, and I had a backup from the sewer line in my basement. The sewer line was dealt with, as were two of the three rain leaders. However, the third rain leader was severely clogged. I was told that it was worked on for quite a while trying to get it cleaned out, but that nothing had worked, and so it was just left clogged. i was charged the full amount however, which isn't really right in my mind. That said, I have no complaints about the professionalism or other services.

He also said he would be here late morning or early afternoon.  It was
4:30 before he arrived.  I wish he would have called to let me know he
would be late.
He performed the work in an efficient, professional manner.
