"Ok, I?ve never written a bad review before, but this situation has me so perplexed that I feel that I have to. Friday?s Pest Management did work at my property approximately a month ago, basically sealing up roof gaps, screening vent gaps, and building a bat door on the chimney, which had cracked and was awaiting repairs, after the bats were removed. Barry did the work, I paid him (over $2K) and I thought it was done. The next day, I noticed a piece of the mesh that he had used in the chimney was laying on the ground. I texted him and sent him a picture of the mesh and asked if this was something that needed attention. No response. I thought, ?ok, he?s busy, they?re not open today, I?ll try him Monday.? I called and left a message. Nothing. I let it go a week, called again and left a message. Nothing. I had no idea if the job was done correctly or not. My wife found a bat in the house the day after the chimney guys were here. This guy apparently has no use for you once you pay him. "

We are a general handyman company, who also specialize in bee removal. If there is a swarm of bees that take up residence on your property we can come in and remove the bees and all the insides of the hive, preventing further damage to your property. We also repair the damage that may occur from extraction.

He was supposed to have to taken care of several jobs several months ago (1 nearly a year ago), but we are finding out he never did them. In addition, he kept some of our materials (door lock adjustment tool as well as some door locksets) and refuses to respond to calls or texts to complete what he was asked to do, return our materials or simply let us know what happened. He MAY come out and do a job for you and MAY do it OK or he may just ignore you. I should have known when we first started hiring him for jobs and he told me that he was ignoring another woman who was asking him to fix something and he didn't want to do it so he just ignored her. Guess that was a sign that I didn't heed unfortunately. Hopefully he doesn't do a job for you, do it wrong and then you continually try to call or text him to come fix it he will likely do what he did to us and the other lady and just ignore you rather than be a professional and respond appropriately."

"I was told what would be done, that there would be three visits, bats would be removed, openings sealed and a one way bat door would would be installed. I paid them $927 via credit card in June. The following week an inexperienced, unprofessional person showed up and sealed only areas as on the ground floor. Offered little to no explanation of what he had done. A complete inspections did not occur, no bats were searched for or removed, no work was done on the interior or the second level. I called an spoke to Craig the Service Manager clarifying what I was told would be done and what was expected. He and his employee returned the next week and we were told that the second floor and roof area would have to be done by a roofer. The person in the office that described their services and received payment told me they had searched the county records and said they knew the layout of the house, and I was promised the services based on that. They did inspect the attic, but no visible work was done. They also told us the bat door would need to be installed by the roofer. We have been unable to get a roofer to complete the unaddressed steps due to their summer workload. I called and spoke to Craig, the Service Manager on 08/20 and told them I wanted a refund or the job to be completed as promised. I have not received a return call. They totally misrepresented their services, failed to meet their commitment and bats are still present in the home making it unlivable. I will be contacting my attorney as well as the Better Business Bureau to lodge a formal complaint and contacting my credit card company to take further actions."
