Very knowledgeable and professional . Took the time to explain everything in simple terms. They will be my first call for any appliance issues in the future.

These guys are WONDERFUL! I will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend them. I have had them here to work on my dishwasher, refrigerator and again for my washing machine. They are very polite, honest and reasonable.

LG frig ice maker not working. Excellent customer service experience from start to finish so far. Was able to get a service appt pretty quickly considering holiday time frame. Got a confirmation call night before appt. Richard was on time, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Turns out I need a new fan which has to be ordered but Richard found a local supplier with one in stock. Have followup call scheduled to install to get us back up and running. Great service run by good people. I will definitely refer them to anyone with a service need. Wish more service companies were like this one (;

EXCELLENT EXCELLENT SERVICE! I have a home warranty on my house and when i called to have my washing machine repaired, the warrant company assigned it to a big chain repair company and the soonest appointment I could get was 15 days. A friend referred Mid Maryland to me so I had the warranty company change the referral. Mid Maryland came out to do the repair in just a few days which is fantastic especially since it was the holidays. They were very professional and knew exactly what was wrong with it and was even able to come back the next day to install the part that they had to order. I was very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them.

Excellent service, arrived in the promised time and were able to have my refrigerator up and running in no time. Everything was explained to me as they made the repairs and I learned how to stop in from happening again. Would highly recommend them to anyone with appliance needs.

Mid Maryland Appliance Repair was able to come next day as we requested. Very reasonable price for moving a built in refrigerator to allow our plumber to relocate the water supply line, and then replaced and leveled the refrigerator.

The service call was reasonable. Had we chosen to go with repairs, the labor was going to be $180 which I thought was high. Dave was very nice however.

They have a do what it takes to solve your problem with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We had a very complex issue with our frig and Richard (who is an expert with over 30 years experience) came back 4 times, called others in the industry live to discuss the issues but could fix the problem without costing 2/3 of a new frig. He was here for about 8 hours (and a couple of times with a helper) but we got no charge.

I thought pricing was fair and the customer service was great. I will definitely use them again for any future appliance repair needs.

I was really pleased with the speed at which Mid-Atlantic responded to my request. The technician (Dave) diagnosed the problem quickly and adjusted the control panel He provided great info about why it might have failed and let us know that repairs to this component are rarely permanent. He gave us good consumer formation about what to look for in a new washer.

This father and son team were outstanding, very prompt and quickly diagnosed the problem an offered a couple of solutions. Would use them again in a heartbeat!

Richard did a great job. It might have been a bit pricey, but given that I had same day service on a Saturday within about an hour of my call, I can't really complain. I would 100% use them again.
