He has removed many problem animals from our facility, some appeared to have rabies. If I need to call him, he is there quickly. His main concern is always getting the job accomplished in a timely and safe manner. Overall, his prices are very reasonable, he is the only pest control man that I will use. I have also used Brian at my home when a raccoon chewed it's way into my attic and had her litter there. Once again, Brian was quick to respond and resolve the issue. He came immediately and removed the bird, which turned out to be a robin, to his surprise. He gave us a "free" estimate for chimney caps at that time and charged us close to $200 (which seemed high for critter removal that didn't take very long and didn't seem very dangerous). We decided to get the chimney caps and dormer seals because this was the second time in 10 years that a bird had gotten trapped in one of our two chimneys.
