"The job was delayed by due to abnormally cold weather, however once the work was started it was completed in a professional and timely manner. For example: the unit was being installed in a garage/workshop. When asked my opinion on some duct work that had been installed, I replied that it looked real good and added why be so picky since it was in a garage.
