"This was an urgent matter with no heat and the temperature inside the home dropping. I contacted this company, told Joe the situation, and he came the same day. Joe was very understanding, professional and saw the urgency. The furnace was old and needed a conversion unit installed to avoid having me to pay for a costly new furnace. He contacted the parts supplier, who needed to have the unit shipped to them the next morning. In the meantime Joe suggested an alternative heat source that I borrowed from my neighbor. The next morning (Christmas Eve) Joe was on his way and completed the conversion replacement to restore the heat. Thanks to Joe the heat has been working great and done at a fair price!"

"The job was delayed by due to abnormally cold weather, however once the work was started it was completed in a professional and timely manner. For example: the unit was being installed in a garage/workshop. When asked my opinion on some duct work that had been installed, I replied that it looked real good and added why be so picky since it was in a garage. After one week and not hearing anything from them I called and was informed that they would check and call back that day.
