Charged me $475 dollars for a bottom of the line toilet selling in Home Depot for $119. Didn't connect a tube from the valve to the overflow pipe.

Prompt response to request for Service. Shocker was it took 15 minutes to diagnose the issue as a bad .50 fuse and still cost me $75. My mistake, I should have asked for an estimate or a price per hour quote for service.
