"He evaluated the situation, fully presented my options , and completed the project as described. The workmen were respectful of the property and cleaned up afterwards. The price was fair and I was kept in the loop throughout. I would happily hire him for other projects."

"We lived out of town and Sam handled a lot of problems for us that he didn't have too. He also took time to help us pick out different appliances and fixtures. Helped us with ideas for a laundry room when others said it couldn't be done. His sub contractors did a good job for the most part. Needed some minor follow up on some work."

"Well the guy was suppose to get back to me with a quote and basic design but never got in touch with me again. It also seemed like we talked more about financing (they do internal financing) then we did about the actual addition. Definitely was a turn off but I did not write them off until they never contacted me again.

Front view of the covered wrap around porch, with white porch railings and columns. The lattice work below the porch helps to give a backdrop for the shrubbery.
Exterior view of the in-progress attached garage addition build. As you can see, the necessary siding was removed from the existing home so we could attach the garage build.
Overall view of the newly constructed back deck, which leads to the now covered patio area, via the spiral staircase.
Front view of the log cabin entry room addition highlights the stunning front door with dual sidelights.
Back view shows how much the new build towers above the existing one-story homes in the neighborhood.

"My Full bathroom remodel was completed on time at a great price by kind and respectful employees of trinity contracting. They did a wonderful job creating the bathroom of my dreams and were very easy and understanding to work with, even with the many changes I made along the way during the remodel. I absolutely would hire trinity contracting again without any hesitation. Wonderful job, thank you."

"These guys were great! Carl came with another gentlemen and the did quick quality work. He got back to me right away when I contacted him on a weekend which was important since it was a little bit of a safety hazard. Great work. Calls when he says he will, shows up on time, is very knowledgeable and comes up with good suggestions. Also very reasonably priced. I paid less than I expected."

Unfinished Carpentry questions, answered by experts

Building involves setting foundation posts, framing with durable wood, adding roofing support, and protecting from elements with water-resistant finishes.

Bump-out additions can add some space to a closet without requiring any significant structural work. This entails pushing back the existing rear or side of the closet, simply moving the wall into either an adjacent room or unused space. For ground-floor closets, this could even be extended to the exterior of the home, but that has its own complications. Bump-outs are a good discussion to have with your contractor if you’re just looking to increase the space a little—not renovate the entire closet space.

Removing a load-bearing wall affects the structural integrity of your home, so you’ll need a permit before starting the work. Building codes vary by municipality, and obtaining a permit and having the work inspected after completion will ensure you’re in compliance with all applicable regulations.

Accurate measurements, sturdy materials, and seamless integration with other structures.

Building a barndominium means converting a barn into a house. Barndominiums are becoming popular as spacious and stylish alternatives to typical housing structures. Old barns that become houses traditionally consist of wooden construction. However, newer structures, such as pole barns, often contain metal exteriors and roofs. Converting a metal outbuilding into a house presents an excellent opportunity to create a barndominium from metal.
